Characteristic and welcoming place, excellent focacetta served!

Excellent experience, the cheese focaccia topped with truffles is something you absolutely must try. Good service, good environment, well! We are on the edge of the historic center and cannot expect a modern restaurant with large spaces that still remain characteristic and welcoming.

We went last night for dinner with friends. We ordered a focaccia as a starter, two stuffed focaccias as a meal, a first course with pesto and some roast beef. The roast beef was absolutely not him, it was a simple carpaccio. The pasta of the first course was practically rubbery, while the pesto, according to my friend, was very good. The focaccias were very good, I ordered one with truffles which was amazing, my boyfriend one stuffed with ham and pesto which was quite good. Serious problem? The pasta arrived first, after 5 minutes the carpaccio arrived and, rightly so, our friends were not eating to wait for our focaccias. About half an hour passed without anything arriving, we informed the staff of the inconvenience, which can happen, we are human. In the meantime our friends had finished their dishes and remained there watching us while we ate the focaccias. To finish we go to the cash register and the bill was 105 euros. We were only 'discounted' 5 euros and you were unable to offer anything to apologize for your inconvenience which practically meant we couldn't have dinner together. Honestly your food is mediocre and I don't think we will be back, sorry.

Very characteristic inn, with a historic location with an intimate atmosphere. On the advice of Mr. Luigi, we tried Tortuga's cuisine, simple and genuine. Impeccable service, definitely a nice stop in the historic center of Genoa.

Das Restaurant wurde uns als Tipp für typisch genuesisches Essen empfohlen. Das Essen war okay, ohne wirklich etwas Besonderes zu sein. Es gibt sehr wenig Auswahl und nicht unbedingt große Portionen. Service war sehr liebenswürdig! Das Restaurant hat einige Plätze auf einem Platz um die Ecke vom Restaurant - dort sitzt man ganz nett!

War leider sehr enttäuschend. Haben unterschiedliche Foccachia bestellt. Der Teig war extrem dünn und hat kaum nach etwas geschmeckt. Zudem war er durch den flüssigen Käse total aufgeweicht und überhaupt nicht knusprig. Sehr schade da es in Genua tolle Restaurants gibt, ein verschwendeter Abend.
