Hidden gem in the backstreets of Genova. Wonderful service and beautiful food! The recommended local red wine was lovely. Very reasonably priced for the food and service.

Extremely solid, really well made fish. Really usual and good not only in general but also within its price range.
They are very good at certain fish things. Truly top ingredients and preparations. In my opinion they are very good with octopus, squid, squid - so I will prefer things along that line. The stuffed squids are delicious, excellent combinations of sauces and secondary flavours. In my opinion they are also good with starters and main courses, perhaps more so than with first courses.
Fried: anchovies courgettes cod panissette good but small. Cundigiun di mare phenomenal.
Pasta: they have good flagships such as black tagliatelle with octopus ragù and soaghetti with pistachio and prawns, be careful with experiments such as blue crab and nduja. The nduja covered the crab and the spaghetti could be a better spaghetti.
Reasonable price. Excellent wine list. Friendly, easy-going service, very good, excellent bread, but slow.

Ci siamo recati per cena alla Locanda su consiglio del proprietario del B&B dove abbiamo soggiornato.
Che dire??? Semplicemente meraviglioso!!!
Piatti buonissimi e personale molto gentile.
Lista dei vini ricercata: abbiamo “trovato” il Centopassi che è un vino siciliano introvabile a Brescia…
Bravi ragazzi. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare a Genova per venire a trovarvi.

Avrei davvero voluto dare il massimo dei voti a questo ristorantino che in partenza ci ha lasciati entusiasti, un fritto di antipasto che era perfetto, eccezionale, dei piatti di pasta mooolto buoni e con un tocco di originalità, un vino ottimo ad un prezzo più che corretto, il posto è anche bello e caloroso.
E poi…ordiniamo due fuori menù, un trancio di cernia freschissimo ma un pelo indietro di cottura e soprattutto un tris di mini cannoli che ci hanno lasciato davvero con l’amaro in bocca, uno dei peggiori dessert che mi siano capitati negli ultimi tempi.
Peccato, per me comunque questo è un posto in cui tornerei al volo, può solo migliorare (ed è già buono così)
