I appreciate the willingness to engage people with disabilities, the decent quality of the food, and the equally good service. The location leaves much to be desired; it's a tent with tables like a festival... in short... you have to know how to adapt.

Wonderful tagliatelle with ragù, delicious tortelloni. The crescentine were so light, they didn't even get any oil on the paper. Everything was delicious, the service impeccable, the staff incredibly kind. I'll be back!

A positive experience, good food, fast service, and friendly staff. It was all a bit like a festival.

A restaurant with a very casual atmosphere, simple yet clean. Service is really fast and professional, always with a smile. Traditional dishes and homemade pasta make you feel right at home. The portions are generous, the prices are fair, and above all, the flavors are excellent. Open for lunch on weekdays and in the evenings on Fridays and Saturdays (I believe), and reservations are definitely recommended.

Locanda Smeraldi is located within the park 🌳 of the villa of the same name, in the hamlet of San Marino (Municipality of Bentivoglio). It's a simple place, but clean and well-kept. The staff is partly made up of disabled people (the contribution offered by the Anima Social Cooperative, which manages the restaurant, is commendable in this regard). The menu 📋 offers several interesting dishes; we opted for pumpkin cappellacci 🎃 with pancetta 🥓 (accompanied by parmesan 🧀 and balsamic vinegar), grilled mortadella with shaved parmesan and balsamic vinegar, and, to finish, a charcuterie board with gnocco fritto and tigelle. Everything was very good 😋 and the service was also efficient. At the end of the meal, one of the staff members kindly asked us if we wanted to take home any leftover tigelle. I must say I was very pleased because it shows, among other things, sensitivity and respect for food itself. Absolutely adequate quality/price ratio 👌. Finally, it's worth noting that within the park 🌳 of Villa Smeraldi is also the Museum of Rural Civilization 🧑🏻‍🌾 🚜, extremely interesting and rich in testimonies of the rural world. RECOMMENDED 👍.
