A trip with a friend surpassed all expectations. Pre-arrival I communicated with Beatrice who was friendly and helpful and nothing ever felt too much. Meeting her in person whilst there was a delight. She was lovely and a great ambassador for the place. Endlessly helpful and kind. The place is spotlessly clean and has a beautiful rustic charm. We were made to feel welcome from the minute we arrived until we left. The food in the restaurant is out of this world and we had 2 fantastic meals and wine recommendations. The staff go above and beyond and make you feel part of the family. Special mentions to Lorenzo, Aurora and Davide for the fun, care and attention. We spent 3 carefree days in beautiful countryside, eating, chatting, making new friends and drinking Prosecco! Highly recommended.

Leider etwas enttäuschend. Unsere Reservierung wurde vergessen und der Kellner war wirklich pampig und schimpfte über eine Kollegin.Glücklicherweise (?) konnte ich am Handy die Bestätigung vorlegen und wir bekamen einen nicht besonders guten Tisch eingedeckt. Andere Gäste bekamen ohne Reservierung einen Tisch am Fenster. Es wurde auf Italienisch gleich angekündigt, welche Gerichte auf der Karte nicht erhältlich sind, aber das hat auch an anderen Tischen zu viel Konfusion geführt. Da es ziemlich viele waren, hätte man doch vorher auch die Karte anpassen können. Ein bisschen Englischkenntnisse wären schon auch hilfreich, zumal hauptsächlich österreichische Touristen dort waren. Parmesansouffle war sehr gut, Nachtisch Tiramisu auch. Statt der gewünschten Orechiette mit Brennesselpesto wurden Spaghetti mit Auberginensauce gebracht, was auch nicht auf der Karte stand und nicht vorher gesagt wurde. Auf Nachfrage: Orechiette sind aus, es gibt nur Spaghetti. Prinzipiell auch nicht schlimm, aber der Service war einfach überfordert, obwohl das Lokal nicht voll war. Wir werden beim nächsten Mal ein anderes Lokal wählen. Es gibt wirklich tolle und gute andere Locations.
