New Year's Eve dinner, delicious food, the chef created a delicate menu starting with a remarkable cooked and raw seafood dish, fusillotto with earthenware, mandarin, squid and pistachio, a delicate and surprising combination. The monkfish, porchettata, artichokes and black truffle are divine!!!
I recommend this place where hospitality and food are of a high standard.

The structure on the outside does not have a great impact (yellow color, very slippery external floor) even if the view of the Titerno valley is very pleasant. The interior is furnished in a modern and elegant way without any particular stylistic peaks.
The service is certainly impeccable.
Once seated, the chef approaches the table, welcomes us and gives us a very brief excursus on the menus offered.
I took the roots menu which I found truly excellent: the crunchy egg with truffle was a surprise, the risotto with goat's blue was exceptional, the dark black pork with star anise was very good, the puffed ricotta with annurca apple was superb ( vote 5).
The other family members, however, almost all chose the Mediterranean menu (which I had the opportunity to taste) and they all regretted it: well-presented dishes and quality products but the flavors of the sea were not noticeable (rating 2).
In short, the style that Locanda Radici wants to aim for is that of starred gourmet venues... but there is still a long way to go.

Excellent experience in a place that embraces the roots of the territory and experiments with the creativity and innovation of the dishes. I am extremely happy and satisfied with having chosen the tasting route in the dark, I wanted to be surprised and they managed to totally surprise me. Starting with the welcome from Luca and the sommelier Giuseppe, wonderful people who immediately take care of the customer. Once accompanied to the table, our enchanting journey of exquisite dishes that cannot be described, but which must absolutely be tried and enjoyed, begins.
Ancient and modern, tradition and innovation mix together, creating supreme combinations for the palate.
Towards the end of the evening, Chef Angelo d'amico gave his customers a further cuddle by showing up at everyone's table,
and it's an attention that I really appreciated.
It is a place I will return to soon without a doubt and a place that absolutely deserves to be tried because, believe me, the pleasure will be all yours!

Finalmente siamo ritornati alla Locanda Radici a settembre, dopo 3 anni dalla prima volta (purtroppo ogni volta che eravamo in quelle zone non c’era mai posto!!) e possiamo affermare che non solo ha mantenuto gli standard iniziali ma il livello è sempre 🔝per il cibo, per la qualità dei prodotti, per il servizio impeccabile e per la passione che traspare da ogni piatto. Cortesia, ricercatezza e accuratezza sono il loro punto di forza. C’è possibilità di parcheggio, location tranquilla e curata. Eravamo in 2, non abbiamo preso menu degustazione perchè avevamo già ben in mente cosa ordinare. Consiglio assolutamente di provare l’uovo croccante (il mio piatto preferito) e spero per lo chef che prima o poi arrivi a conquistare almeno una stella Michelin, se lo merita e me l’aspetto!

We finally returned to Locanda Radici in September, 3 years after the first time (unfortunately every time we were in those areas there was never room!!) and we can say that not only has it maintained the initial standards but the level is always 🔝 for the food, for the quality of the products, for the impeccable service and for the passion that shines through every dish. Courtesy, refinement and accuracy are their strong points. There is parking available, a quiet and well-kept location. There were 2 of us, we didn't take the tasting menu because we already had a clear idea of what to order. I absolutely recommend trying the crispy egg (my favorite dish) and I hope for the chef that sooner or later he manages to win at least one Michelin star, he deserves it and I expect it!

Organizzazione dell’evento perfetto in ogni particolare.
Menu’ a base di carne eccellente e alla fine una torta al limone paradisiaca con altri piccoli dolci deliziosi.
