A truly beautiful location with a view that can also be admired from inside the dining room thanks to the large windows.
We'd been there a few years ago and loved it, and this time we loved it even more.
We chose the "Roots between the Earth and the Sea" tasting, replacing one of the appetizers with the crispy egg, buffalo mozzarella, and black truffle, a memory of a previous experience.
A savory and well-balanced dish.
The "veal with cocoa, potatoes, capers, and camaiola reduction" also served as an appetizer. This veal carpaccio was covered with vegetables, followed by a layer of sauce and finally a dusting of cocoa. A few doubts at the first bite, but gradually the dish became more and more convincing.
The "mescafrancesca in seafood soup, peas, and ginger" is a top dish worth returning to. Deceptively simple, it's perfect in its quantity, the distinct flavors, and the desire to eat more despite the substantial portion.
The classic swordfish with almonds, green river chilies, and pink garlic. Here, it's the small additions to the perfectly cooked fish that make the difference.
We finished on a high note with the most popular dish, along with the soup: I was about to ask to replace the "strawberry and lemon fior di latte" with another dessert. I'm a fan of mozzarella, but fortunately I didn't.
The dessert was delicate and delicious.
We paired the tasting with wines, and a "bravo" goes to Giuseppe for a truly excellent and unconventional selection.
The service was good.
The quality/price ratio was good.
This time we'll be back after much less time.

Angelo and Giuseppe are two excellent hosts, who love their work and it shows in their food, wines, and hospitality. Eating with them isn't just about filling up... it's a true food and wine journey, delighting all five senses. The view from their inn is 360 degrees. Highly recommended.

Rare attention and a special evening
Two weeks ago we dined at this splendid restaurant and were struck by the staff's warmth. From the first phone call to make a reservation, the chef welcomed us with genuine kindness, truly caring about our every need.
Managing allergies and food intolerances can often be stressful, but here we felt in safe hands: the staff was present and genuinely attentive, without ever being intrusive. They made me feel at ease right away.
The atmosphere is extremely comfortable, and the dishes are crafted to an excellent standard. It's rare to find a place where haute cuisine meets such empathy.
