Very nice place from the outside but the rooms need modernization especially the bathrooms (small and with curtain)

The authenticity of a place, and therefore the preservation of the original "vintage" style—which I personally consider an absolutely admirable choice—does not, however, justify the lack of functionality of the spaces, nor the lack of comfort that a contemporary structure must necessarily guarantee.
The bathrooms are practically unusable.
The dinner was excellent.

We arrived at the inn at 9:30 PM, and within minutes our food was brought to us. The dishes were first-rate, cooked with care and attention, the meat was excellent, the wine was excellent, and the service was excellent.
The prices were a bit steep, but having eaten so well, I had no complaints.

Family dinner, not our first at this restaurant. We returned because we enjoyed the food and service.
This time, too, the dinner was delightful.
After sharing appetizers (the stockfish is delicious), we went on to first and second courses. I loved my baked cod with chickpeas, but even more so the pappardelle with wild boar ragù, flavorful and delicate (my daughter tasted it). The desserts were also good (a cantucci parfait, but with too much cream).
The service was courteous and full of smiles.
The wine list was extensive; we ordered glasses of Vermentino, which were appreciated.

Great place, definitely worth a visit, friendly waiters, delicious meat, excellent wine, 4 stars only for stale bread, the bill includes a reservation fee of 3€ per person

I went there on Monday evening for dinner.
The inn was beautiful and the food excellent.
Parking in front of the building.
I recommend it.
We'll be back.

Vuoi passare da queste parti e non andare a caccia di una fiorentina come si deve? Beh, qui la abbiamo trovata veramente ottima: carne di chianina di qualità, frollata a puntino, del peso giusto per due persone (1,4 kg), cotta alla perfezione, accompagnata da due belle e buone porzioni di patate al forno.
Grande soddisfazione, anche per i due calici di Bolgheri rosso di ottima qualità.

Le recensioni su questo posto non erano il massimo,ma io e la mia famiglia abbiamo mangiato veramente bene,la carne era ottima il cibo per i bambini perfetto ed anche lo spazio esterno comodo. Unica pecca il conto leggermente alto,ma d'altronde "la qualità si paga"
