Esperienza superlativa . Percorso del bello e del buono super , visita in cantina super con vini top . Locanda Margon al di sopra delle aspettative , menù spettacolare piatti eccellenti , staff e chef superlativi. Che dire dopo tanti tanti stallati in Italia e all’estero restare sorpresi a Trento … chapeau 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻❤️

Abbiamo pranzato nel Bistrot della Locanda durante la visita delle Cantine Ferrari. Il nostro menù comprendeva 4 portate e dolce, tutti i piatti abbbinati ad un calice di vino Ferrari. Il personale super preparato e tutti molto gentili. Siamo stati addirittura rincorsi dal sommelier fuori dal locale per gli ultimi saluti, è stato tanto apprezzato quanto inaspettato. Servizio impeccabile e il cibo degno di nota. La location è fantastica, offre una vista bellissima sulla valle.

06/04/2025: The location is truly surrounded by greenery with a beautiful view of the valley. Equipped with ample easy parking. As soon as you arrive you are greeted by the innkeeper, a true old-time innkeeper like you can't find anymore... which is much appreciated. It immediately illustrates what the cuisine of the day offers. You may or may not like the interior decor, I personally liked it, it catapulted back dozens of years but maintaining the love for art (lots of paintings). I ate the tripe and they were really good and tasty... Even the bread was excellent, made by them. The dessert is also excellent. I would say the price is more than honest. Absolutely worth returning especially when the weather is good allows the shade of a beautiful pergola all on the southern slopes of the Brenta Dolomites mountain range. Advised
