Spartan but welcoming location that remains unchanged over time. Too many tables inside the restaurant but the service remains fast and attentive. Homemade food with abundant dishes, without too many pretensions. Pasta with meatballs and mixed roast is recommended.

Leggo recensioni negative e sono sincero, mi dispiace. Conosco questo locale da quando ha aperto e fui un folle a festeggiare la cena di laurea nel lontano 2007, facendo invece un figurone con parenti e amici. Massimo si è dato sempre da fare nel corso degli anni, e credo che molte critiche siano ingenerose. I prezzi anche se aumentati, restano sempre contenuti rispetto alla concorrenza e i prodotti alla fine sono buoni, magari non da cucina ricercata ma comunque buoni. Le pizze sono le classiche fatte a Lecce, ovvero basse e croccanti. I piatti su richiesta sono abbondanti e sempre gustosi. La location è quella che è, semplice e spartana, una vecchia officina trasformata in locanda. Di certo se come qualcuno nei commenti, ci va per fare la proposta di matrimonio alla fidanzata, forse il problema non è il ristoratore... a buon intenditore...

Great locally run family restaurant. Unpretentious...real.. Staff were great... helpful with menu......their english was far far better than than our Italian. Deffo worth a visit. If u wanna eat with tourists....this is not the place for you... Menu is in Italian....no english......but you'll work it out....and there's always googling.....Live and Learn!
