A good choice for those visiting Varzi. Just steps from the historic center, in a quiet and charming area. The cuisine features traditional dishes and a good local wine list. The welcome is warm, making you feel truly at home. I highly recommend it.

A highly recommended place to stay in Varzi. Just a stone's throw from the historic district (see photo). The rooms are decent, and the food is good, with an excellent wine selection. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Well done!

14/10/2025: Great classic Italian food, awesome taste, high quality ingredients, fair price. Service friendly and quick. Possibly one of the best restaurants in Pavia.
05/10/2025: We went to Trattoria Ressi a couple of weeks ago and had a wonderful evening. The food was excellent, from the starters to the desserts, with special attention paid to those who, like me, can't eat gluten (I even got the dessert I wanted, a delicious torta paradiso with cream). The atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing, and the owners were very kind. Highly recommended.
