Just over an hour away from Milan and 35min from Genova you can feel like the busy life is planets away. This gem of a hotel is super comfortable, the spa is great, the pool is nice and the staff is incredibly friendly and professional. As if that wasn’t enough, the restaurant is a gem in and of itself too.

Fantastic location with an exceptional view. The dishes served are top-quality. The friendly service is always there. Recommended for those who want to enjoy a moment of tranquility in an oasis of peace.

The hotel is truly magnificent! The exterior, with its beautiful garden and the view of the hills, is superb. The interior is superbly decorated. We received a wonderful welcome. The room is very beautiful and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is delicious and the waiters very professional. We dined at the restaurant, and the dishes were truly exquisite and beautiful. The waiters were once again perfect.

I had the pleasure of staying at this splendid inn nestled in pristine nature. The peace here is unique: even while lounging by the pool, you might spot wild rabbits scurrying around, reminding you that you're staying in an authentic and special place. The service is impeccable: the staff are extremely kind, helpful, and attentive to your every need, making you feel pampered without ever being intrusive. The restaurant is definitely worth a visit: all the tables are outdoors, perfect for enjoying the fresh air and the view, and the dishes are rich, carefully prepared, and made with quality ingredients. A place I wholeheartedly recommend to anyone seeking relaxation, nature, and a genuine welcome. I'll definitely be back!

I'll talk about the restaurant since I wasn't a guest at the hotel. The place is always wonderful and welcoming, with a relaxing and peaceful view of the Gavi hills. I appreciated the choice of dining on the outdoor veranda, with a round table that I always find comfortable and elegant. The service was excellent, prompt and professional. The welcome entree was pleasant and always well received. The appetizers weren't overly bold, but tasted good and delicate, but the fried zucchini flowers were lacking something. My wife was disappointed with her marinated trout; perhaps her expectations were too high. I found the risotto with peppers, shrimp, and olives delicious and surprisingly generous. I finished the meal with a tasting of local cheeses, which I know very well and always appreciate. They excel at pairing flowers and mixed greens with the usual jams and honey. I would have greatly appreciated a little more attention to the wine pairings, although the sommelier seemed attentive and knowledgeable. The desserts ordered by other diners didn't seem up to par, even according to their own comments. Overall, a good dinner, but not exceptional. The lightness and use of almost all local ingredients were certainly appreciated. Final cost €340 (4 people and 2 bottles of wine)

From the first contact with the organization, we were struck by the courtesy and helpfulness of the staff, who assisted us with attention and professionalism in every detail. During the evening, we had the privilege of enjoying a terrace practically all to ourselves, with a spectacular view of the vineyards at sunset: pure magic. The aperitif? Simply fantastic! Fresh, varied, rich in flavor, and served with great care. Dinner was a journey of taste: surprising dishes that combined the creativity of haute cuisine with the warmth of Piedmontese tradition. Each course was a discovery, presented with refinement and accompanied by impeccable service. A place that knows how to move, where every detail contributes to making the experience truly unique. We will definitely be back... and we can't wait!
