La Locanda Italia is a welcoming, family-run establishment where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner in a simple yet authentic setting. I tried both lunch and dinner: generous, tasty, and freshly prepared dishes, with a varied menu showcasing traditional cuisine. The service is friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere is family-friendly. It's a bar, trattoria, and pinseria all in one, perfect for those seeking quality and authenticity. Delicious meat!! Highly recommended! Weaknesses: The atmosphere is old-fashioned and a bit dark. The restrooms are dated. Strengths: Excellent ingredients, generous dishes, good, homemade cuisine, fresh pasta, delicious meat, excellent pinsa, and everything at very fair prices. A family-run business, helpful and competent!! A must-visit for me and my friends!

Excellent typical Abruzzese restaurant with very reasonable prices

Fantastic pinsa! Delicious arrosticini. The interior needs a complete overhaul. The interior is dark and doesn't feel very clean, perhaps just due to the lighting and materials used. The same goes for the counter and back bar. I obviously can't comment on the food. The place is closer to a bar than a restaurant, and there's also a slot machine area, which makes things worse. The food is truly very good, it's a shame that the interior/exterior doesn't really encourage eating in.

I'm on vacation and have already tried two dinners at this restaurant, with antipasti, arrosticini, and pinsa. So far, what I've tried is delicious. The antipasti and arrosticini are excellent. The pinsa are amazing and easy to digest. The price is more than fair.
