We end up at Cavallino Bianco by chance, tempted by the typical dishes of Garfagnana and... surprise! We are catapulted to Naples! Gennaro, histrionic host, cook and waiter, overwhelms us with his enthusiasm and hospitality. We try grandma's meatballs, delicious, Neapolitan lasagna (for those who don't know them, the advice is to ask them to describe them, they are delicious, but far from the Bolognese ones), excellent, and the caprese cake, which is served hot, graceful. Gennaro insists on us trying his babà, which is a work of art. Excellent prices. We will definitely be back, even with friends.

Sensationelles neapolitanisches Essen. Der neue Besitzer hat das Lokal seit Dezember. Ein richtig herzlicher Sizilianer mitten in den Bergen über Bagni di Lucca.

My wife and I found this Neapolitan restaurant by chance in the Tuscan hills, a nice surprise! Excellent food, Neapolitan dishes that you would hardly have the opportunity to eat in Tuscany and very kind and welcoming staff.

New opening, it was a pleasant surprise. The staff are extremely courteous and the food is excellent. Even though there was a vegetarian in the group, there were no problems with the menu, which proved to be varied and suitable for everyone. We also did an encore. Compliments to the chef for the quality of the dishes!

Lunch with friends. Very kind staff, very nice welcoming inn. Mixed land-sea menu.....good starters...excellent spaghetti and gnocchi with the scent of the sea....with fresh fish. I recommend it, we will definitely be back.
