Un bel pranzo festivo con la famiglia. Abbiamo pranzato all'aperto, in contesto tranquillo pur se non particolarmente suggestivo, ma confortevole ed accogliente. Essendo una locanda storica propone giustamente piatti della tradizione locale, ma il menù è sufficientemente ampio da poter essere apprezzato da tutti. Noi siamo rimasti sulla tradizione ed abbiamo apprezzato la qualità dei prodotti, la preparazione dei piatti e la presentazione, che cerca di coniugare la storia con l'attualità. Il risultato è molto buono. Altrettanto valida anche la carta dei vini, con attenzione al territorio ma non solo. Il servizio è efficiente, cortese e disponibile. I prezzi sono medio alti, ma temo che siano influenzati dalla zona, particolarmente turistica. Consigliato.

2 days on Lake Como with friends. Stop at the family-run Locanda il Grifo. Nice, clean rooms. Small bathroom. Unfortunately you can hear traffic noise coming from the street. Difficult to stay with the windows open... Good breakfast. We also had dinner at the inn. Good quality and particular menu.

Не стал бы называть кухню изысканной. Наоборот, простые домашние вариации с местной рыбой в составе. Хорошее вежливое обслуживание, обычный чистый интерьер (главный зал без окон). Но вот сами блюда не впечатлили. Если когда-то буду ещё, возьму не рыбное.

This restaurant was recommended to us by our Airbnb host. We had a great traditional meal from northern Italy and Lake Como, excellent cuisine and a unique place in which you really feel the authenticity and tradition. Usually I don't really like this kind of dish, but I must admit that I really enjoyed it here! Impeccable service, good value for money. We recommend

The ragù sauce was very good but the pasta was not homemade and was undercooked. Too bad given the price of dishes in the restaurant.

The staff is extremely polite and attentive, making us feel immediately at ease. We also had dinner in their restaurant and the experience was excellent: each dish was a journey into traditional flavors, enhanced by the mastery of the chef. Special thanks to Amed, who looked after us carefully throughout the evening, making sure everything was perfect from start to finish. I recommend the Grifo to those looking for a welcoming and familiar place, and to those who want to enjoy an authentic dinner with a touch of refinement.
