14/02/2025: Given the other reviews, I was preparing for a long wait, also because I arrived alone, almost at 9pm and without booking. Instead I was served quickly even though the room was full. Not only that. I chose two risottos (vegetables and truffle, the first good, the second excellent). The waitress kindly told me that she would check whether the order would be taken in the kitchen without problems (being alone, if I wanted to be served even quicker, it would have been better to adapt to other outgoing orders: quite normal, in a crowded risotto). After a few minutes he confirmed to me that the order had been taken. Attention to the customer right up to the final glass of chocolate and liqueur offered. Another gem is the suggested wine pairings with risottos, at really low prices. Sometimes all it takes is a little adaptation and kindness – on both sides, of course! – to enjoy great surprises, and this risotto is one of those surprises. Highly recommended.
