If we had to sum it up in one word, we'd use "atmospheric"; spacious, clean, and quiet room, friendly and impeccable service, helpful and discreet, quality breakfast and restaurant with unique offerings... During our four-day stay, they made us feel at home and it was an excellent base camp (with parking) for visiting the beautiful Umbrian villages in the surrounding area. Highly recommended.

After visiting the Stati d'Arte exhibition at Villa Fidelia in Spello, where I'm exhibiting one of my works, we decided to have dinner and went to the "Locanda Giustini" in Santa Maria degli Angeli. The location is beautiful; in the summer you can eat outside, and the food is truly excellent, of excellent quality, cooked to perfection by Giampiero, the chef. Alessandro, on the other hand, is kind and helpful, and captivated us with the presentation of the various courses, rendered like works of art. I'd say it was a truly exquisite evening of tastings. Thanks to both Alessandro and Giampiero, and compliments also to the staff.
The original eggplant parmigiana wrapped in crispy filo pastry was excellent. Compliments again to the chef and all the staff.

We had dinner at the restaurant. Service was a bit slow, but the food was delicious. The freshly baked bread, made on site, was the best I've ever tasted. From appetizer to dessert, it was a spectacular journey.

The Giustini Inn in Assisi is an exceptional hotel restaurant! The food is top-quality, with fabulous dishes prepared with care and dedication. This family-run inn is exceptional in its courtesy and helpfulness. It's clear they care about their guests, making us feel right at home. The quality of the restaurant is excellent and the prices are reasonable.
Breakfast is plentiful and varied.
It has ample parking. It's in a great location for visiting not only Assisi but also other towns, thanks to its proximity to both the highway and the Via Flaminia.
We'll definitely be back!

We stayed at this welcoming inn where everything seemed just right. The rooms were comfortable, airy, and clean, with a pleasant view. The garden was lovely, where the warm weather allowed us to dine. The quality of the meals served was excellent. The helpful and friendly staff was always ready to make everything easy and make our stay comfortable. I highly recommend it!

If I could give it a 100, I would. The chef cooks with passion and excellence, giving the dishes a modern twist with original and very successful pairings. A good selection of wines, including by the glass. The dishes are beautifully plated on large, white plates and pleasing to the eye.
We had excellent cold cuts, excellent and original first courses, super-delicious second courses, and what can I say... delicious desserts. The table settings are set directly on the beautifully decorated tables, so you almost don't notice the tablecloths are missing—very nice. The service is attentive, courteous, and unobtrusive. I made the right choice for my birthday... I was satisfied, and they were kind enough to bring me dessert with candles to blow out... thank you.
