We were looking for an oasis for a few days of relaxation. We found Bruno and his splendid structure. Exceptional structure from the pool to the pallaio, from the Dehor to the gazebos. The pools, especially the outdoor one, we insert in a MAGICAL context. Spatial cuisine in perfect Umbrian-Tuscan style. The gentlemen of the welcome and cordiality. Thanks for these fantastic 4 days from Mattia, Massimo and Alessandra. Thanks from the heart!

We spent 4 days in this magnificent location taking advantage of the all-inclusive package to celebrate New Year's Eve 2025. It's like staying at home in the true sense of the word... we were welcomed into a simple atmosphere with attention to every detail. The staff is always courteous and helpful, the owners are two very approachable people and ready to offer advice on food and places to visit nearby. The magnificent spa and despite all the rooms booked for this period, we never waited any time for the facilities (pool, sauna, Turkish bath, relaxation area, etc.). Before leaving the facility I also wanted to buy some good home-produced wine 😉. We have most likely discovered a perfect location for the future.
