A very nice address, you take great care of yourself, the place is immaculately clean. The service is unparalleled friendliness and the food is very good and of good quantity, I highly recommend this restaurant

Of course 5 stars. Preferably even more. Small but great restaurant in a narrow street. We were a bit early and the owner said he would open in 30 minutes. Many people will find that ridiculous, but I think it shows a great passion for your cause. The kitchen takes time to prepare great food. Take that time. Walk around the nice town and come back around 1:00 PM. Don't be an antisocial tourist. A glass of bubbles on the house followed by a delicious anti pasti from the region. Enough to share with 2. Primi (enough for 2 so share) with polpo, vegetables and beef to share. Delicious cake and mocha. Good local rosato and oil. A place to come back to, which we will certainly do.

Ho cenato alla Locanda di Nonna Mena ed è stata un’esperienza davvero pacevole. Si percepisce subito la cura che viene dedicata non solo alla preparazione dei piatti, ma anche all’accoglienza degli ospiti. Ogni portata racconta la tradizione pugliese con ingredienti freschi e abbinamenti semplici ma ricchi di sapore, presentati con attenzione ai dettagli. Il servizio è stato impeccabile: gentilezza, disponibilità e un sorriso sincero che ti fa sentire a casa. Un luogo in cui si respira autenticità, sia nel cibo che nei modi. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca un’esperienza genuina e gentile.

It's difficult to explain the feeling of the flavors and the quality offered here. Divine, excellent, exceptional. Every dish is appreciated, delicacy, taste, service, I never tire of coming on each of my visits to San vito dei normanni. The locanda is a must, go for it!!

We stayed in this inn on April 25th by chance and letting ourselves be convinced by the excellent online reviews which we fully confirm! There were me, my husband and two little girls (1 and 3 years old). We were welcomed very warmly even though we were early for the start of the service. We immediately felt at ease, the place is in fact very welcoming (it reflects those who work there), very clean and tidy, with few tables but well distributed and set. The rest of the lunch was a succession of precautions and care towards us and especially for the little girls (for us parents it's a plus!)... the dishes served are the real gem of this place, local food well presented but above all of quality! The conclusion is that of a positive experience that invites you to return again! We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for excellent local food served by friendly and attentive staff.

Attirato dalle recensioni positive di TA, prenoto dal loro sito il martedì, per la domenica. Posto molto piccolo, 4-5 tavoli al massimo. E pochi piatti in menu. Il che si traduce in buon servizio e in ottime preparazioni. Tutto fatto al momento. Sostanzialmente casereccio, ma strizzando un occhio alle buone presentazioni, e alla cortesia. Cantina piccola ma apprezzabile. 3 antipasti, 4 primi, 1 secondo, 3 dolci, 3 acque e un (ottimo) vino da 25 euro, in totale, 150 euro. Ci tornerei.
