This place is absolutely one of our favourites. The environment is refined, intimate and romantic. The 5-star hospitality of the staff. As a vegetarian I always find excellent alternatives to the usual grilled vegetables that I find in all the other places. The wine list is excellent. They build customer loyalty in the best way, I always recommend this place, the staff is really special.

Excellent grilled meat choice, both in quality of the meat itself and portion size, as well as traditional or local side dishes. I also really appreciated the possibility of getting house wine by the litre, instead of being forced to buy it by the bottle. Friendly and helpful staff. The location itself is very central to Monterotondo, but quite small inside. I was there in low season, so had no trouble finding a spot. In high season, probably best to book in advance. In the end - definitely recommended!

14/06/2025: Small restaurant located on the first floor of a modern building in via di Torrevecchia 901 in Rome with a beautiful terrace view. Quiet place and well-spaced tables. Open kitchen and good fish menu. We had creamed cod with a dusting of cocoa and roasted octopus in cream of potatoes and berries. Very good: risotto with cream of scampi and spaghetti with clams, now I don't remember the various sizes of the 2 first courses, however good. Average price with good service.
09/06/2025: Probably the best seafood restaurant in the area. Delightful and welcoming atmosphere, very kind staff.

06/07/2025: Absolutely amazing spot! SIAR is a hidden gem in Rome that quickly became our favorite place to eat. The food is simply delicious — fresh, full of flavor, and different every day, so there’s always something new to try. You can really taste the love and care in every dish. The warm, family-like atmosphere makes you feel right at home from the moment you walk in. Friendly service, great vibe, and authentic Roman hospitality. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a real, local experience. We’ll definitely be back!
