This inn was a gem on our trip to discover Tuscany. It immediately strikes you with its location, its breathtaking view, and the tranquility that reigns.
The staff was super kind and helpful, suggesting modifications to the dishes to make them vegetarian-friendly. The flavors are authentic and homey, the dishes are seasonal, and the produce comes from the garden. The entrée and first courses were exceptional, as were the desserts, accompanied by coffee from the moka pot.

10/10 experience in Tuscany. This was the highlight of our recent trip to Italy. Alessandro and his family were so lovely. He is an amazing storyteller, a kind human, and so much fun to be around. We loved learning how to make homemade pasta, tiramisu and some other delicious Tuscan food. We had the most wonderful day with Alessandro and the other guests, the food and wine were delicious, and this is an unforgettable experience. Highly recommend!!!

The cooking class with Alessandro was awesome. He has a great personality and makes the class fun and super interesting. Very informative, even if you can already cook, great atmosphere, amusing, lots of fun, really good wines and incredible food at the end of it. Fantastic way to spend a day, well worth it.

A charming place, delicious food, and all this topped off with fantastic service. Thanks to all the guys who served us. Thanks to the attentive, yet informal, and cheerful service, we felt welcomed and completely at ease. We even discovered a wine that, despite our extensive wine knowledge, we weren't familiar with. Excellent. The prices were truly fair. Congratulations to all of you. Keep up the good work, guys. We'll definitely be back, but in the meantime, we'll spread the word.

10/10 would recommend this cooking class to everyone. The property was beautiful, easy to find and there was parking on site. Alessandro was the best chef/guide and we could have listened to him talk about Locanda Demetra's history and his experiences all day long. The food we cooked was easy enough to make as well and was SO good. This experience was definitely a highlight of our trip.
