We happened to be driving through the small town and saw this cute restaurant. The service was so incredibly kind and helpful. The translation was possible using Google Translate. There was a lot going on there at lunchtime. We once had the tortellini filled with ricotta tossed in sage and the tagliatte with porcini mushrooms. At the end we ordered two more coffees. Price-performance was just good! The noodles are homemade. Highly recommended!

A cornerstone of Apennine cuisine, a point of reference for all the mountain people, who have chosen it among the best places in the area. Lele, the owner, together with the lady, prepares award-winning tortelli, potato tortelli with sautéed lard, chestnuts or the classic green ones with fresh sheep's ricotta, what can we say about the incredible baked rabbit, all the other specialties I'll leave you to discover to you when you go there, and you will certainly go there

01/09/2024: Great home cooked, locally sourced and seasonal cooking. Cannot ask for better food. The menu on this visit was brief but excellent. Service was warm, quick and with a smile. Rebooked to visit again before leaving!
27/08/2024: Oggi dopo una bella camminata da Cerredolo sono arrivata a questa trattoria che non visitavo da anni dopo una pessima esperienza precedente.A pranzo in un giorno infrasettimanale logicamente era pieno di lavoratori. Ma il menù era comunque vario e c’erano i tortelli verdi che ho preso con condimento butta e salvia. Molto buoni. Essendo io da sola e vestita da turista non ho avuto la precedenza sul servizio, ma È andata brnrr e ugualmente. Con una bottiglietta d’acqua un quarto di vino e un caffè ho speso 14,50 euro.

07/08/2024: We stayed in this hotel for a concert at the Campovolo in Reggio Emilia. Strategic location, price not honest - very honest! Very hospitable owners. Excellent breakfast with coffee/cappuccino from the BAR (not a given!) and some products made by them! The only small suggestion to the owners is to pay attention to the cleanliness of the rooms. I would stay here again.
12/06/2024: cheap price, overall not bad at all! Excellent location for Reggio Emilia / Modena / Mantua
