We arrived at the Locanda on a rainy day. We were greeted by a very kind waitress, who seated us and showed us the handwritten menu. All the dishes were typical local dishes, seasonal, and reasonably priced. There was a limited vegetarian option, but the farro tagliatelle with radicchio and walnuts was delicious, although I would have preferred it to be cooked longer. The second room has a very large window overlooking the countryside. A pleasant lunch in a very well-kept setting.

We visited the restaurant as part of a bachelor party during our trip through Tuscany. Although we hadn't made a reservation, we were offered a table inside where we enjoyed a delicious meal. The server, with her good mix of Italian and English, was able to explain the menu to us. It was a wonderful evening with delicious food!

We had a wonderful Sunday lunch here with the family. From the breathtaking views to the delightful interiors, everything sets the stage perfectly for an exceptional experience. The food is heartfelt, generous, and prepared with real care, and the service is both kind and efficient. We enjoyed polenta with fondue and porcini mushrooms, tortelloni, and Chianina steaks—each dish absolutely mouthwatering. Everything was served promptly and always with a smile. An outstanding experience from start to finish. I can’t recommend this place highly enough.

07/03/2026: Excellent dining experience. Very nice place, and the guys who run it are absolutely amazing.
01/03/2026: A truly pleasant lunch. The saffron plin stuffed with ossobuco really won me over, but everything else was good, too. Finally, a place where you can eat and chat in peace, thanks to the distance between the tables, which raises the bar. I'll definitely be back for dinner in the garden. Excellent service.
