Yes, I liked it a lot, we passed by chance and had a unique experience, impeccable service and a friendly and competent owner..... the food was excellent, tordelli with meat sauce were super good, as was the fish and what about the roast coppa? Wow it melted in your mouth leaving a unique taste on the palate, and do we want to talk about the cut? Exceptional cooking, indisputable and very tender flavour. The only small flaw is the small portion of baked potatoes but those are also excellent... What can I say if I were to return to these parts it will be the first place to visit.... Highly recommended...

Per la prima volta scrivo la recensione "in corso d'opera".... Perche' ? Perché dopo un primo piatto con verdure, formaggio e guanciale superbo, sto gustando acciughe fritte e spinaci saltati in padella con aglio. Le acciughe sono .....eteree.... E senza lische. Aperte. ....mai successo ? Che devo dire ? ....che tra poco proverò un "nuovo" dolce che dovrei recensire ma sarà per la prossima volta. Ora....non ho resistito. Perdonatemi.....

Very welcoming place, the owners are kind and helpful and very patient, the food is good with a good menu that offers choices for all palates. Well cooked dishes and fast and well done service. I will return soon, for now I thank Alessio and Eleonora, the young owners to whom I wish much success, they deserve it.

We gave 4 stars to everything, to better reflect the expectations of those who will read the reviews. But the total, for the place, the food and the service, for us was 5 stars. We liked everything about Locanda del Tron. The family management of Eleonora and Alessio (I hope I remember their names correctly), the really good and carefully cooked food, and also the bill, which considering the figures you see in some places, makes you feel like you haven't been fooled. Something that we also found in Alessio's sincerity in advising us when it was appropriate to split an appetizer between two, and when it wasn't. This type of relationship with customers, in my opinion, is a winning one. We, for example, can't wait to go back.

I had dinner in this restaurant, a very familiar and welcoming environment. Exquisite food, homemade with fresh, quality ingredients. Tortelli are a specialty. The cut is very tender. It is run by a young couple, she cooks and he welcomes customers. A lot of attention and care also in the service. I had forgotten an umbrella and was called to inform me that I had left it with them. I highly recommend it and can't wait to return! We need places like this!!

I went with some friends to this characteristic place in Massa for New Year's Eve dinner and we were very surprised. Very courteous and approachable owner, available to satisfy every need (even gluten-free). Very good food. Definitely a nice place to spend a dinner with friends.

Locale sobrio, d'una sobrieta' d'altri tempi, veramente bello e accogliente, ricorda le "trattorie di una volta" pur essendo anche chiaramente "contemporaneo". La pulizia colpisce. Rarissimamente mi e' capitato di mangiare in locali nei quali il pezzetto di pane caduto a terra si puo' raccogliere per mangiarselo.... Cio' detto, veniamo alle vivande.....premesso che le porzioni siano abbondanti, come dev'essere a mio avviso (sopporto con "fatica" i piatti semivuoti della maggior parte degli stellati...) abbiamo scelto antipasto e secondo. I salumi e i formaggi accompagnati (per chi li desidera) da marmellata e miele erano semplicemente buonissmi e di altissima qualita'. Divorati democraticamente (nel senso che siamo stati onesti con chi andava piano) con una certa velocita'..... per secondo abbiamo scelto ciccia con verdure e fritto di mare. Eccellente la ciccia, eccellenti le verdure, il fritto pure. Uno di noi ha preso un primo, tordelli massesi, li ha definiti ottimi, gli crediamo sulla fiducia . Per dolce io ho preso un cannolo siciliano scomposto . Posso solo dirvi....provatelo. Da leccare il vasetto (originalissimo) nel quale viene servito. Caffe' e amari della casa, io, fresco di viaggi in Liguria, ho scelto un Camatti con ghiaccio. Perfetto. Ho mangiato francamente piu' del solito, per gola, e ho dormito "leggero". Altro da dire ? Fateci una scappata ....
