Locanda del Ticino In Pavia

Found it almost by chance on a holiday in Pavia; it's located very close to the covered bridge and therefore just a stone's throw from the center! The owner was very kind and generous with us, the food is really good and the drinks...even better! Thank you, Chef! ✨️✨️✨️ (from those in Genoa)😘🖐

Beautiful restaurant, well-run with a very welcoming owner. The Locanda is located just steps from the Ponte Coperto, beyond the city center. On December 26th, it was one of the few restaurants open for lunch, but it was a great surprise! We ate really well, drank good wine, and had a pleasant time, thanks to the kindness of the staff. The price wasn't cheap, but it was absolutely reasonable for the quality of the dishes. Passing through Pavia, we have an address in our pocket now!

Very nice place, very good food at a very reasonable price. The staff was very friendly. The only drawback was the wait time between courses. I will definitely return.
