Amazing food. We ordered a very fresh vegetable salad. The olive oil is excellent. The spicy red pasta is delicious and full of sauce. The waiter was kind. Her homemade tiramisu is amazing. It's nice to sit. The price is fair. There is a quiet air conditioner. I highly recommend it. It's fun to praise a place that deserves it! Thank you!

This is one of those quaint places where dinner becomes an experience. The food is unique and refined, yet maintains traditional flavors. We had pici all'aglione, sweet and sour rabbit, braised cheek, caramelized carrots, and beans...all delicious! And to finish, the BABAMISÙ...which made us wonder why it's not the only version of tiramisu out there! The service was excellent, and the staff is kind, friendly, and incredibly charming! This place will be our go-to place when we come to Pitigliano! We highly recommend it!

A small, naive inn in the historic center of PITIGNANO. For the occasion, I had braised beef cooked in wine (and it tasted like cinnamon). Exceptional. One bite led to another. A good selection of wines, wisely recommended by the inn's owner. The atmosphere is youthful and casual, very welcoming and helpful. Highly recommended.

In Pitigliano, at the edge of the historic center, the Locanda del Pozzo Antico is run by young people and offers an interesting menu. It's perhaps a little more expensive than other restaurants, but it's still all good, so...

01/06/2026: We stayed at Casale Santo Stefano for a bachelor party with a group of nine, and it was a truly positive experience. The property is stunning and well-maintained, surrounded by the greenery of the Tuscan Maremma, and has a lovely pool, perfect for relaxing during the day. The poolside kiosk is also very nice, convenient and well-organized for aperitifs. The rooms are cozy and clean, with a simple yet warm atmosphere that makes for a very comfortable stay. The restaurant is also a highlight. We ate truly deliciously, with carefully prepared and flavorful dishes. Highly recommended.

03/07/2026: I'm here on vacation, we came the first time and we liked it a lot, we came back a second time, the staff, atmosphere and food were really good, I felt welcomed and at home, recommended restaurant.
01/07/2026: I went to this restaurant, in the small town of Giglio Porto, for two nights. I would have continued, but I had other commitments. Stunning setting. Sea view. Excellent service. Cleanliness. And what about dinner? Sabrina is a true hostess, as well as a brilliant chef. I haven't had such a good dinner in years. I highly recommend it to everyone. If you're passing through Giglio, you absolutely must stop at Doria. Kudos to Luca, Sabrina's partner. Very polite and kind, and kudos to the girls in the dining room, especially Vanessa. I will definitely return to Giglio and will definitely dine at Doria. Truly excellent in every way.
