Pleasant surprise on the road from Sarzana to Santo Stefano Magra.
The Panigo offers traditional local dishes: excellent testaroli (especially those with pesto!), very tasty tagliolini with white veal ragù and porcini mushrooms (well seasoned!) and very tasty Pignone sausage nail (cooked in the text!). But the braised cheek with polenta is absolutely worth trying (the meat was really tender!). Attentive service, young atmosphere, excellent value for money and considerable portions!
After a second visit the opinion does not change: we can add that the ravioli with meat sauce are also excellent and that you cannot fail to try the scherpada from Ponzano Superiore!

Excellent service and friendliness are the setting for exquisite dishes such as the tasty beef carpaccio with artichokes, rocket and parmesan, the very soft cockerel presented on a red-hot text and a tasty shank. And what about the extraordinary fried potatoes in their skin? To finish, an excellent tiramisu couldn't be missing 🤗 highly recommended. Everything perfect. A thousand thanks

Very nice place, not too big, in fact you need to book to be sure. The staff was professional and very nice, I didn't give 5 stars only for the fact that they had some delay in bringing the dishes and they brought them several minutes apart so some of us ate before and others after. For the rest everything was very good, the food was well prepared and of high quality.

Excellent, highly recommended, excellent local products, cured meats which, together with panigacci and sgabei, make the starter special
Watercolor risotto with pumpkin sausage and truffle was delicately balanced and cooked perfectly
Then cut of spectacle with tasty potatoes tender and served in texts that always keep it hot also excellent the choice of desserts and quality
