Place located between Sarzana and Santo Stefano, has a large car park, fast and courteous service, excellent panigacci! THE Best in the area, top quality cured meats and particular attention to the vegetarian panigacci menu which follows the seasonality of the vegetables... not just simple grilled courgettes! Must try! The ravioli with ragù and carne al testo are also excellent!

Highly recommended....excellent food.....beautiful preparation of the dishes.....ate mushrooms in all sauces with adequate portions...sublime seared fillet, very tender. Friendly staff.

24/01/2025: In the center of Sarzana, a single room, with brick vaults on the ceiling. The choice is not wide, and unfortunately when I went the cannelloni I wanted to get were not available. The appetizer consisting of 5 tastings consisted of silverside carpaccio (very, perhaps too tasty), good courgette flan, savory pie with spelled (nothing special), good savory pie with courgettes, a sour leaf with a morsel on top of melted cheese. Lacking cannelloni I opted for gnocchi (I imagine homemade, good) with artichoke leaves and Zola cream, let's say that they can be improved. Overall a decent lunch, also considering the honest higher prices.
16/11/2024: I discovered this place by chance and was pleasantly surprised. Cozy and welcoming environment and sensational food! Everything is truly excellent, congratulations!!! I will definitely come back!
