Local friends brought me to eat at this place. It's on the main road, but the hedges tastefully make it feel contained. The outdoor tables are comfortable and the atmosphere is pleasant. The panigacci are delicious, the basket is always refilled with new, hot ones. The cheese, vegetables, and cold cuts are very good. "Homemade" flavors 🌷 I also tried the sausage cooked between the hot testi, delicious. The lard is truly special, it melts on the hot panigacci. I can't say about the price, as I was invited. I'll be back soon! 😍

After years of trying to book a table, I finally made it. The panigacci are amazing; I recommend getting the traditional one without any extras. The atmosphere is also nice, with background music. Reservations recommended. Service is good.

Everything was excellent. It's a shame about the house wine, which could be much better. I always enjoy returning to this restaurant. The menu always features panigacci and meat. The meat is always cooked to perfection and delicious.

I have been to this place several times and it never disappoints me. The trio of boiled meats is my favorite dish. For the first time I took the vegetarian platter to accompany the panigacci and it was a wonderful discovery. Welcoming place with good service.

Pleasant surprise on the road from Sarzana to Santo Stefano Magra.
The Panigo offers traditional local dishes: excellent testaroli (especially those with pesto!), very tasty tagliolini with white veal ragù and porcini mushrooms (well seasoned!) and very tasty Pignone sausage nail (cooked in the text!). But the braised cheek with polenta is absolutely worth trying (the meat was really tender!). Attentive service, young atmosphere, excellent value for money and considerable portions!
After a second visit the opinion does not change: we can add that the ravioli with meat sauce are also excellent and that you cannot fail to try the scherpada from Ponzano Superiore!
