A quick stop in Comacchio for a delicious lunch at Locanda del Delta. Excellent food and super helpful and welcoming staff. Recommended!

We booked a double room at this location through Booking.com. We announced our arrival at 6:00 PM and asked to arrive early at 5:20 PM. We were given a truly small room with several shortcomings: no bedside lamps, no Wi-Fi password (important given that the room is isolated from any signal), no luggage rack, and minimal complimentary toiletries. The bathroom floods when taking a shower due to its layout, the hair dryer is a toy, and the bathroom is really uncomfortable (sink, cabinet, bidet). Mold and hair (not ours) are present in the corners of the walls. The only thing that darkens the room is a curtain (called a long-legged spider house). There is no second pillow. The ones provided are very low. Information about room usage is scarce and inaccurate. Breakfast is good, with a free bottle of water from the minibar, as is coffee upon checkout. Let's just say the quality-price ratio is uneven for the price (€145 for two for one night). Unfortunately, we won't be repeating this experience.

We had lunch at this inn before the hike to the valleys. Very nice location, excellent service. Precise dishes and appropriate portions. I had the marinated pasta and my daughter had spaghetti with clams. Delicious. Prices in line with restaurants of this type. I liked it.

Romantically located on the canal, it's a particularly charming place for al fresco dining. The interior is modern. We prefer local dishes. Everything was beautifully presented, although the prices are a bit high. We were very pleased that they offered good wine by the glass. The younger waitress was very kind, quick, and attentive. However, there was also an older, dark-haired colleague who didn't live up to the restaurant's standards. Without a smile, our plate was quickly put away, our request for the missing knife was ignored, and other gestures were ignored. We served ourselves, which ruined an otherwise excellent impression. A shame.

Enchanting location, knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous staff. Clean rooms; we stayed in a recently renovated quadruple room; the finishes could have been a little more refined, but it was still well-designed and beautifully presented. The restaurant is also worth a visit, offering excellent cuisine for all tastes.

August 2025 We were at this restaurant around 10 p.m. We sat outside, a very pleasant atmosphere, a magical setting! :) Excellent service! We ordered two pizzas and a cocktail. We ate pizza often during our stay in Italy. These two were by far the best! :) Our order: Covered (table): €12 Pizza with cooked ham: €8.50 Pizza with artichokes: €10 Aperol Spritz: €6.50 Total: €37 PS: I should also rate the room in this review. We only ate there. Therefore, I gave the room 5 stars as well, so the overall rating isn't lower.

We passed by chance and went in to eat a really good pizza, crispy and thin-crust, just the way I like it. The staff was friendly, I saw wonderful fish dishes passing by and delicious aromas, we all ate with gusto, recommended!

The restaurant in the evening was perfect! Contrary to our plan, we ate there every evening during our stay because we simply knew what we were getting ;-). The cuisine is authentic, not fancy but not "basic" either; regional and simply very tasty! The evening meals aren't cheap, but not overpriced either – we'd say they're good, very reasonable value for money. The service in the restaurant was good, although it was sometimes busy. Our apartment was super new, huge, and spotlessly clean, just a bit sparse. Very nice bathrooms and a good kitchen. However, there were a few initial hiccups: the rooms didn't cool down well right away, and bedside lamps would be recommended in one of the rooms. Not everything in the bathroom was properly installed. But our comments were immediately taken seriously, and the staff made an extraordinary effort to resolve everything. That's how it is when something is very new! There are still a few improvements to be made here and there in the beginning. The service in the hotel was definitely very friendly! Breakfast could have been a bit more varied, but the quality of the food was impeccable (especially the brioche was so delicious). The location is phenomenally beautiful on the canal, a dream in the evening. Just don't forget mosquito spray because of the water ;-).

Cena per il nostro anniversario. Locale bello e accogliente. Personale gentile e disponibile. Paccheri allo scoglio: piatto ben curato, non abbondante ma compensa con gusto delizioso. Spaghetti alle vongole veramente ottimi. Vino al calice consigliato Ducale Ruffino molto corposo e profumato, decisamente valido. Zuppa inglese consigliata dal cameriere effettivamente deliziosa e anche generosa. Caffè buono. Il tutto per una settantina di euro.
