I had dinner with my family at La Locanda del Delta and we were very satisfied with the quality of the food. We booked the pizza a day in advance, and as you can see in the images the pizza looks beautiful at first glance. The design of the place is very beautiful, refined and classy, ​​recommended for a first date. Warm and welcoming environment. The only slight negative note was too much pressure from a waiter. Nothing exaggerated, but I recommend letting customers relax without being too close by. I hope it can be a positive starting point to further improve the service. See you soon thanks!

I had the pleasure of having lunch at the Locanda del Delta, a place that knows how to enhance the freshness of the sea with well-prepared dishes with authentic flavours. We started with the "steamed seafood mix", the fish was fresh and cooked to perfection. As the main course I chose the paccheri with seafood. The dish was rich and generous with flavorful seafood. Finally, for dessert I had their melt-in-your-mouth chocolate cheesecake, with a crunchy base and enriched with chocolate flakes that added a pleasant note. The service was attentive and friendly, helping to make the experience very pleasant. I recommend it to anyone who wants to discover the authentic taste of the sea and creativity in the kitchen. I will definitely return!

And so, in the end, last Friday we managed to try the Locanda del Delta, a beautiful restaurant in the center of Comacchio that we had been targeting for some time. Arriving on site at 12.30 🕧 immediately after our arrival in the city, we were cordially welcomed by a manager 🧑🏻 who then showed us a free table. Leafing through the list 📋 we were particularly attracted by the first courses, for which we in fact opted almost all of them (spaghetti with clams 🦪, tagliatelle alla Bolognese 🍝 and two portions of paccheri with seafood 🦐), then also sharing a grilled fish 🐟 and a mixed gratin 🦪. To complete the order there were also baked potatoes 🥔, half a liter of sparkling white wine 🥂 from the house, two bottles of water 💧 (one natural and the other carbonated) and a couple of coffees ☕️ at the end of the meal. All really very good 😋 and well prepared, so much so that during our next afternoon walk 🚶🏻🚶🏻‍♀️🚶🏼‍♀️🚶🏻‍♂️🚶🏼‍♀️ we didn't feel any kind of heaviness. The quality/price ratio wasn't bad considering that in total we spent 173 euros 💶, therefore approximately 35 each. The staff members 🧑🏻👱🏻‍♀️ who served us were kind and polite. Bathrooms 🚾 clean and tidy 🚽🧻🧴 but also spacious and enhanced by the presence of some plants 🪴. The furnishings are pleasant thanks above all to the simplicity and the essential but at the same time refined style. In fact, the structure, as indicated on the official website 🌐, is the result of "a laborious recovery and renovation project of an old nineteenth-century building, once used as a tavern on the lower floor and as homes on the upper floors for the Saline staff. Today it is an architectural complex with a restaurant and six rooms for overnight stays, with an elegant and modern look, but at the same time also traditional". The paintings 🖼 hanging on the walls also deserve a mention, all depicting views and symbolic places of Comacchio (such as the Antico Ospedale degli Infermi and the Ponte dei Trepponti), which were particularly liked by a couple of our guests; The room attendant 🧑🏻 was very kind at that point and showed us one, thus allowing us to read the name of the artist 👨🏻‍🎨 (particularly Giulio Santoleri) engraved on the back. The location between Via Agatopisto, one of the most characteristic of the centre, and Piazzetta Barboncini is strategic. We definitely liked it so I RECOMMEND IT 👍🏻.

Family lunch, everyone satisfied from the fish starters, to the pumpkin tortelli, to the classic tagliatelle with meat sauce. Excellent fish main courses, very professional staff always available with kindness. Prices above average, but you are in Comacchio in the center overlooking the canal. I recommend it

Un bel locale, si spazia dalla cucina di pesce. Ottimo ed abbondante il fritto, buoni i dolci. Prezzo adeguato! Ci ritornerei.

Abbiamo dormito una notte nella locanda, e approfittato del ristorante per la cena. Posizione centralissima e comoda, con possibilità di parcheggio molto vicino. La camera è spaziosa e pulita, silenziosa, con letti comodi, wifi e aria condizionata. Colazione con ampia scelta, tutto veramente buono. Al ristorante abbiamo mangiato (e bevuto 😋) benissimo, proprio affacciati sul canale. Prezzi onestissimi, sia per quanto riguarda la locanda che il ristorante. Dulcis in fundo: il personale è a dir poco delizioso, ci hanno fatto sentire subito a casa e hanno conquistato nostro figlio. Consigliatissimo, speriamo di tornare presto a trovarvi!
