A historic and characteristic restaurant in the heart of Pistoia's historic center. Friendly staff. The food was good (I had an artichoke tartlet on parmesan fondue and an artichoke veal cutlet). I highly recommend it.

08/02/2026: Highly recommended restaurant. The rosticciana and fried artichokes were excellent! The ossobuco was a little sweet for my taste, but it was good too. I've seen plates of fried fish and pizzas pass by, but I can't comment on them since I haven't tried them. I'll be back to try them!
07/02/2026: Spent 2 weeks in Italy and this was definitely the highlight of our trip. Food was incredible yet affordable. We were sad to leave but can't wait to go back! Hoping to return in the spring. Cannot recommend this place enough. Staff was super friendly and made us feel welcome even with our broken Italian 😉

03/02/2026: Perfect for a romantic dinner or a dinner with friends. A divine experience.
21/01/2026: A wonderful experience at this restaurant. The food is excellent, whether it's the charcuterie platter or the bistecka! The latter is carved right in front of you. (It's as beautiful to watch as it is to eat!) And the wines on offer are also very good.
