Congratulations we were initially 4 people at the table, we became 12 at lunch on Sunday and they made sure to accommodate us anyway.. Excellent welcome and excellent food for the palate and pleasing to the eye.. Highly recommended!

Truly evocative typical Tuscan environment Impeccable service and courtesy. For this reason I would suggest serving the dishes in more traditional dishes and not in single portions. A flaw in my opinion that needs to be reviewed is the fried cod that was served to us as street food in bite-sized pieces and too dry!!!! I expected it to be at least typical as a slice!!!! Portion of desserts a little small and the coffee is undrinkable!!!! Prices too high for a tavern.....

Great place with super management, leave your problems outside the door and focus on the Tuscan cuisine! Unforgettable

the ancient peposo from Fornacina memoria is good but €18 x 3 (three) pieces of beef, although well done, despite the well-known cooking times, is not cheap... the fried artichokes are good, but here too we are overpriced for the portion... you eat "elbow to elbow" with those next to you, the lezzone coco style of the past, and that's fine, but the constant coming and going (including groups of tourists) with the door constantly open (3 degrees outside) despite the bay window, it's not great pleasant (the couple at the next table, practically at the door, asked to be moved but were told no). despite everything, compliments are paid to the owner at the checkout who responds with a nod of indifference without making a sound... too bad, on TV several years ago he seemed a little more affable, Tuscan and polite... three stars anyway.

Ottima trattoria nel centro storico, menù vario con piatti tipici di ottima qualità, servizio molto cortese, vino al calice di buona qualità. Abbiamo ordinato carciofi fritti, prosciutto al coltello e trippa in umido alla Pistoiese, tutte le portate sopra la media. Mi sento assolutamente di consigliarlo.
