In the heart of the historic city and with a view of the 1222 cathedral. Recommended, also for revisiting ancient history. It even has a room left as a reminder of the times of the kingdom, called the "Red Hall." Truly beautiful. Located in the square after the cathedral.

01/03/2026: I visited this restaurant for 'Bagnacaldaday' but I spent 45 euros per person for: a burnt flan, a few raw vegetables, nothing cooked, an unlikely dessert, waiting for a bit of bagna.
18/01/2026: The four-course menu is excellent: the bao to start, the Iberian suckling pig, and the zabaglione to finish are the best. Very welcoming place, well-spaced tables, and a very competent chef and staff. Parking nearby, in the square near the church.
