Second visit to this restaurant and it did not disappoint. Excellent value for money.

Restaurant found by chance on "TheFork" while we were looking for places near the Montaldo castle. Located in the Piedmont countryside, the restaurant is a small hidden jewel, immersed in a quiet and welcoming atmosphere. The environment is warm and refined, with friendly staff who are always attentive to the needs of the guests. The menu offers a selection of Piedmontese tradition, with touches of innovation. We chose two starters (veal with tuna sauce and leek pie with fondue) and two first courses (agnolotti del plin with roast sauce and gnocchi with fondue and Bra sausage). Everything was excellent, with great flavors and generous portions. A special mention goes to the homemade bread, simply delicious! The service was quick and impeccable, and the value for money was really excellent. A restaurant that is definitely worth a visit.

Ristorante trovato per caso su "TheFork" mentre cercavamo locali nei pressi del castello di Montaldo. Situato tra le campagne piemontesi, il locale è un piccolo gioiello nascosto, immerso in un'atmosfera tranquilla e accogliente. L’ambiente è caloroso e curato, con personale gentile e sempre attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. Il menu offre una selezione della tradizione piemontese, con tocchi di innovazione. Abbiamo scelto due antipasti (vitello tonnato e tortino di porri con fonduta) e due primi piatti (agnolotti del plin al sugo d’arrosto e gnocchi con fonduta e salsiccia di Bra). Tutto era eccellente, con ottimi sapori e porzioni abbondanti. Una menzione speciale va al pane fatto in casa, semplicemente delizioso! Il servizio è stato rapido e impeccabile, e il rapporto qualità-prezzo è davvero ottimo. Un ristorante che merita sicuramente una visita.
