The food was delicious and very affordable. The host was very friendly and definitely had a sense of humor. Highly recommended for tourists near Lake Como.

We found the restaurant by chance, and it was a real success. The food was delicious, the place was very quiet, the staff was attentive and super friendly, and they're also very nice and pleasant people. Everything was very fast, and the service was excellent. Highly recommended. We ordered a fried calamari, shrimp, and other dishes to share, which were delicious. For our main course, we had spaghetti frutti di mari, which was spectacular, and the pacceri with sausage was finger-licking good. We would definitely go back.

No air conditioning, pasta good but lacked parmesan l, which you can sprinkle the dish with. Good place but not outstanding. Pasta with zucchini unusual, I recommend.

We ended our 5 day trip around Italy in this restaurant and it was a good choice. Great pasta, unique local atmosphere. Pet friendly place. Very nice staff. Menu ENG/ITL

Buon ristorante a conduzione familiare dove si respira aria di casa. Cibo genuino, con porzioni abbondanti, una rarità ormai. Ottimo gli antipasti di mare e terra. Prezzi giusti. Consigliato

19/09/2025: Super simple decor - funny for us. Funny and friendly service. Delicious food, but you do have to allow a bit of time. So almost a point deducted, but only almost. Update from August 17, 2022 - We were here again. No waiting this time and everything was delicious. I would also give it 5 stars+. Update 09/2025: For us, there is no delicious food! Everything was great! Absolutely recommended.

Peppo's Bar

12/09/2025: I stayed in Pognana for a week and had the opportunity to stop by Peppo's Bar several times. The drinks are always refreshing, the welcome warm, the food delicious, and the atmosphere charming. Not to mention the ice cream, which is excellent! A must-try in the village.
10/08/2025: a great little traditional restaurant bar with the most amazing views over the lake, great food friendly prompt service from the local owners family
