Simple place but top-notch cuisine and service, classic Piedmontese dishes but carefully prepared and delicious, everything prepared with care, the girl always came for seconds, I highly recommend it and I will definitely be back, there is also a covered outdoor area, worth trying even in the nicer season... The chef and I believe also the owner is a really nice person... What a discovery.

La locanda dei paoli is truly a wonderful place. We ate very well and to our heart's content! Typically Piedmontese with lots of variety and excellent quality. The place is beautiful with a fantastic view from the terrace. Mrs. Giovanna who served us was kind, friendly and super helpful. As was the chef Paolo. We really enjoyed ourselves, we felt at home! Thanks for everything, we will be back soon!

Sunday lunch with the family, you pay 35 euros fixed menu excluding wine. The menu includes 6 appetizers, 2 first courses, 1 second course, dessert, coffee, water and bitter. The portions are initially small but they come to ask if you want bis or tris and I assure you that you will ask because the dishes are really good. The staff are very kind and friendly, the environment pleasant, what can I say a nice discovery on our hills.

Nice place, good view of the landscape, adequate service, good cuisine with quality basic products, there is no wine list but only a selection on sight, however definitely recommended ....

21/04/2025: Uno splendido pranzo di Pasquetta. Menù degustazione vegetariano, ben pensato ed eseguito. Bellissima location sulle colline del monferrato. Sicuramente consigliato e da ritornarci!
