We had an excellent Tomahawk meal, with delicious side dishes. The owners were extremely kind and friendly. It's definitely worth it! Highly recommended!

The food is incredibly delicious, with a delicacy of unique flavors I've never tasted anywhere else. I recommend the tagliatelle with antara ragu, with a touch of orange zest. The service was spectacular, courtesy of Mr. Pepe, who made us feel right at home. The rooms aren't luxurious, but they're warm and clean, perfect for a wooded area.

A culinary recommendation! We were lucky enough to be able to eat here even late in the evening. The owner was very friendly and the food was excellent. We had four different dishes and every single one was top-notch. I would have gladly given it six stars. Thank you and hopefully see you next time.

It's truly a beautiful place. They don't have a thousand dishes. But everything they have is very organic and delicious. The ingredients are fresh. Compliments to the chef and his young assistants. The dishes are well-balanced. At the reception, a very kind senior man knows what they're cooking and is ready to explain everything. Compliments ❤️

It's hard to feel at home when you're constantly traveling. Difficult, but possible here. The rooms are welcoming and in keeping with the inn's setting. The restaurant is top-notch; we tried both the meat and fish dishes, and everything was spectacular! Exceptional and incredibly helpful staff... well done everyone!

08/12/2025: Everything is extraordinary; obviously, the quality comes at a price, as you have to wait a bit to get in, but once you get in, the dishes arrive quickly and are delicious!
08/12/2025: The cured meats appetizer was good, with quality ingredients. I expected better from the cutlet Bolognese; the breading didn't seem homemade, and there was too much parmesan cream. The prices were perhaps a bit higher than average for some dishes, but I haven't tried them, so I can't judge them.

San Silvestro in Cantina

06/12/2025: We took a daytrip to Bologna from Milan, and it rained non-stop. But I was determined to visit the city known as the gastronomic center of Italy. I wasn't disappointed! As our feet got increasingly damp from the rain, my husband found this place, and it was a warm, cozy respite from the weather. He had a white bean soup, and I had the bolognese pasta. They seemed like simple dishes but it was the most satisfying and memorable meal of our trip!
01/12/2025: We visited mid November. Such a cosy and peaceful experience it was. Would love to visit it again some time soon.
