Local near the Lurisia spa (10 minutes by car), perfect for a lunch stop after the spa! The quality of the food is really excellent, as are the wines. They have an à la carte menu that includes both Piedmontese and Tuscan specialties, and they have a tasting menu for €30, and I must say that it is complete and the quantities are just right, filling the belly well without making it explode. In my case, they accepted a mix of Tuscan and Piedmontese specialties in the tasting menu, and pici entered (for those who don't know: large spaghetti made only with flour, generally handmade). Very kind and competent staff.

Everything was excellent, from the atmosphere to the service, informal but not too much, a menu that was just the right amount of extensive to guarantee quality, an excellent wine list and very good beer.
I would like to say a few words about the cuttlefish and snow pea salad with confit cherry tomatoes, definitely remarkable, the right amount of crunchy snow peas, the very soft cuttlefish that was clearly not overcooked and the sweet and juicy cherry tomatoes, the garnish with parsley oil was also remarkable. Some might object to the size of the portion, but I would like to say that we are talking about an appetizer. And above all, quality has its price, no ifs or buts.

They have the professionalism to tackle this difficult job, the friendliness and the genius in building the menus.
I have tasted a bit of everything and have always been satisfied.
I still have to try the "vitello tonnato", but I will not miss it soon! 😎
Highly recommended also for their knowledge of the English language which allows them to facilitate the service and the relationship with foreign customers!

Pleasant and welcoming environment, even if a little noisy at times. The owner was extremely kind and attentive. The food is excellent, with several well catered vegetarian options. The selection of wines is also good, which perfectly accompanies the dishes.
