The wait was very long, and the food was very good, including the delicious homemade pasta. The restaurant is beautifully decorated, and I recommend it to anyone who wants to eat typical Turin food.

A small, atmospheric restaurant (la locanda) serving Piedmontese, or more precisely, Turin cuisine.
Very tasty vitello tonato. Large selection of wines, including Piedmontese.
Relaxed atmosphere, friendly, very efficient, and quick service.
Maybe we'll be able to return someday.

Only my grandmother used to make ravioli with ragù this good. Congratulations. I also tried the gnocchi and they were phenomenal, too. The tuna sauce was excellent. The bread was amazing.

We were passing through Turin and were looking for a place to eat authentic food and drink good wine. This wonderful place was just the thing. The house red is excellent.

I've been there a couple of times for dinner, once in the winter and once in the summer. The traditional dishes, made with quality ingredients, are very good. Prices are reasonable for a place in the center of Turin. For two, we paid €90 for two, including two first courses, two second courses, one side dish, two desserts, and three 1/2-liter bottles of water. Definitely worth a try. Reservations are recommended, given the limited seating (just over 30).

The dishes are excellent and high-quality. We had the tomini and veal with tuna sauce as appetizers and the Castelmagno gnocchi as a first course. The gnocchi are truly excellent, and the creamy sauce is a delicacy, perfect for mopping up the sauce!
