Impeccable. Everything was perfect: the timing, the service, always attentive to detail. The dishes are balanced and full of flavor. They deviate just enough from the Asiago tradition to make them special, but not so much that they fall short of the best of traditions. Excellent service and excellent value. For three, including a first course, two second courses, and a children's menu, it's less than €100.

I returned after a while, but I have to say I was disappointed by the dishes. Some of the changes were a bit pointless and didn't contribute to the final result, if anything, they made it worse... the bigoli creamed with saffron tasted only of saffron, and the mushrooms and ragù disappeared. If you change the tiramisu from the original recipe, you'll have to do better, otherwise it's a real faux pas. The cheese selection was a bit limited in quantity, and the variety of products was repetitive. Prices have gone up significantly, but not the quality.

Beautiful inn in the heart of Asiago. A welcoming, well-maintained, and family-friendly atmosphere, with very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent cuisine, carefully prepared using quality ingredients. We immediately felt at ease. A truly pleasant experience, highly recommended and worth repeating!
