Location, food, courtesy, very good, compliments! Returned, everything ok, except for an unpresentable and unpresentable frico! To be seen again!

The service is a bit casual, the wine list is practically absent. But the food is good, especially the meat dishes which I recommend trying.

I had dinner with a friend in this CasaVersa place which in the past has certainly seen better times, potentially the restaurant would be nice but unfortunately very poorly maintained starting from the toilet with broken sink and hole in the floor, the paper napkins, the opaque glasses and in general everything quite neglected, From the menu we ordered some drumsticks with good ragù, but my second course of baked pork ribs seemed more like boiled meat, plus between the fat, sinews and bones there was very little to eat, If the service is a bit like "long live the parish priest", the bill certainly isn't, 2 first courses / 2 second courses / 1 bottle of water / 1 liter of loose battle wine / 2 coffees / 1 bitter = around €70

09/07/2025: For lunch, La Kantinetta offers a variety of first and second courses, depending on the season. We had an excellent risotto with local radicchio and Montasio cheese, and a frico with polenta. The portions are generous, and the price is fair for the quality. The desserts are also exquisite. The owners' extreme courtesy and friendliness, combined with the tranquil and beautiful interior, made our lunch a truly special experience. Recommended.

Trattoria Turri

07/07/2025: A real trattoria. We stopped here on the way to Slovenia and it was a nice surprise! Pasta alla Norma was very good and grilled calamari were tasty!
03/07/2025: Rustic and authentic atmosphere. The best traditional cuisine of Venezia Giulia and the border in Gorizia. Large outdoor space, everything very simple, but the food is divine and the price is right and even less.
