The Locanda offers typical Lucchese dishes, so I recommend it to anyone traveling and stopping in Lucca. Just outside the walls of Lucca, you can easily access the city center by car. Parking is easy in front of the restaurant. I would also recommend it to locals, though. The dishes are very carefully prepared with fresh, delicious ingredients.

Italian comfort food done right. The atmosphere is cozy and comfortable, the service the best I’ve had in Italy, and the food is outrageously good.
And if you don’t get the torta della nonna, you aren’t doing it right.

Very nice place outside the walls of Lucca with a very ancient history, here you can find traditional Lucca dishes, pappa con il pomodoro, tordelli and rovellina!!! All very good and with that authentic taste of genuineness🤩 if you pass by Lucca go there it will not disappoint you 😋😋😋😋

A historic restaurant on the outskirts of Lucca, easily reachable on foot from the city center. Traditional Lucca dishes in a friendly and welcoming environment. Home cooking, tasty and attentive to detail. Many local products. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

Simple, clean and delicious inn, perfect for those looking for authenticity and local flavors. Excellent quality-price, with traditional Lucchese dishes prepared with care. The Lucchese tordelli are delicious, really worth trying! The atmosphere is familiar and welcoming, the service is kind and easy-going. A sincere place, where you will gladly return!
