We also had the pleasure of meeting the owner, a delightful person who previously owned a restaurant in San Vito Lo Capo—a truly wonderful person! We found this restaurant via Google, and it immediately seemed like the perfect place to eat good meat. Indeed, our expectations were not disappointed. The owner was able to advise us on the best products for our needs. We ordered a cheese tasting served with mustard and honey sauce, beef sashimi with yogurt sauce and caramelized onion, and to finish, a Florentine steak with a side of mashed potatoes (also amazing). What can I say? Each dish was better than the next; even the bread, which is made in-house, was spectacular. Impeccable service. The price was fair for the quality. If we ever find ourselves in this area again, we will definitely return. Thank you for your kind words.

A beautifully maintained location nestled among vineyards, with immense spaces. A beautifully maintained restaurant, rustic yet elegant at the same time. The owner loves his job and does it with great passion, kindness, and dedication to his customers. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable, with a priceless respect for the main ingredient (meat). Even the simple and traditional dishes are expertly prepared. In short, we came to visit Gardaland and discovered a true culinary gem. It's definitely worth trying and giving it a 5-star rating. I won't review the rooms because we went in the evening to eat, but I have no doubts about the quality of the service. Truly, congratulations, because such commitment, joy, and passion for one's work are hard to find these days. The prices are justified in every way, from the ingredients to the service and the quality and deliciousness of the dishes served.

I didn't stay overnight, we just had dinner. At first glance, it seems like a very interesting place. The president's appetizer was excellent, the cured meats were good, but at least one type of cheese was missing. The fillet steak was delicious, nothing to complain about, but the side of vegetables left a lot to be desired; they were browned. The desserts were delicious, the rose cake, but in my opinion, the Saint-Tropez needs updating. The staff was very friendly, overall, I liked it.

Ho veramente poco da scrivere su un posto che ha fatto della "ciccia" il suo business core. Pochi tagli, altissima qualità e selezione ed il tutto rigorosamente cotto a legna nel camino. Il personale è favoloso e veramente ti senti a casa ed in famiglia più che un cliente al ristorante. Ottima anche la possibilità di scegliere tra 3 menù degustazione anche se dopo un antipasto ed 1,8Kg di Fiorentina stavo a posto e non so come avrei affrontato il menù completo. Torneremo. Location immersa nel verde, ampia, rustica e romantica. Personale gentile e solare. Piatti gustosi, con materie prime di qualità con contorni curati. Dessert buoni e fatti in casa.
