A simply exquisite start. ​We paired everything with two excellent glasses of wine, a red and a white, which perfectly complemented each course, demonstrating a carefully curated and quality selection. ​Continuing, we enjoyed the Angus and venison carpaccio, a bold choice that demonstrated the mastery of the kitchen. The meat, incredibly tender and of the highest quality, melted in the mouth, offering a balance of gamey and refined flavors. The highlight of the dinner was undoubtedly the iconic Florentine steak. Perfectly cooked rare, with a flavorful crust and a juicy center, it confirms the exceptional quality of the ingredients. Served with freshly cooked vegetables and golden baked potatoes, every bite was a true pleasure. In short, "La Locanda Antico Tram" offers more than just dishes, it offers true culinary experiences. The place is very well-kept, the staff is friendly, and the food is excellent for a business lunch. I'll definitely try it one evening, as the à la carte menu is very interesting. I recommend it.
