We stayed at the hotel for one night, using the spa on a rainy day. We were greeted at the entrance by the manager, Olga, a delightful and polite person, always available to offer advice on the city and the hotel. It's always a pleasure to enter a place and be greeted immediately with a smile. The room was excellent, with chromotherapy in the shower and on the headboard, adding a touch of class that few hotels have. I highly recommend using the spa exclusively, paying a supplement that's worth every penny. We really enjoyed our stay; it's a beautiful place for a relaxing, romantic getaway in Verona. We'll definitely be back.

My friend and I were in Verona for the weekend and stayed at this wonderful hotel. We really enjoyed everything, visited the spa, had a very good breakfast, all the rooms were new and not far from the center. I wanted to thank Olga and Marika, we will be back again, thank you, I recommend them.

We stayed in this luxurious hotel for a few nights and it was all clean and staff was very welcoming and helpful. Location wasn't bad, about 15min walk and bus stops were nearby. Other reason to come back here were lovely and strong Spritz drinks :D We would definitely recommend this hotel. We would ONLY improve their breakfast bufet.

The rooms were very comfortable and nice, and they had a fairly good spa. The breakfast buffet was a bit limited. The on-site restaurant had very few choices and was very expensive. The hotel was located about a 20-minute walk from the city center, but it wasn't the walking that was the problem, it was the people...not very recommendable.

Super friendly service. The rooms were good and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Unfortunately, the location was a bit out of the way, but it was still okay. You could still reach everything on foot. The breakfast was a bit small, but you could still find something for yourself.

Impeccably clean.
Perfect exterior insulation, but a major drawback: the soundproofing between rooms and floors is almost nonexistent... you have to be willing to share other people's experiences...
