I went despite reading many negative reviews, but instead I found the restaurant immersed in the tranquility of a large, stunning park, and a unique historical location, although obviously with some parts that could use some updating (as is the case with all historic buildings). Service was quick despite the restaurant being full. Both the fixed-price menu and the à la carte menu offered good traditional Tuscan dishes. We were fortunate to also find the castle open to the public, with a guided tour led by Amos, a friendly expert and a talented writer who passionately shared the castle's history with visitors. Thank you for a wonderful day.

We were there last night. It's a magical place, with abundant and delicious food; they make everything on their own. The people who served us were incredibly attentive, kind, smiling, and so sweet in explaining the history of the place. We were enchanted by the view of the vineyards, the castle, where you can rent rooms, and the small village nearby... The tranquility, the silence, and the lights, which, at night, truly make your imagination run wild, are priceless.
Fair prices, quality food, and plenty of it.
Congratulations to everyone, we'll be back, but you should go too, it's worth it!!

I hadn't been back for a few months. I went for pizza, but to my surprise, they told me they're no longer a pizzeria! It would have been nice to let you know about this change when I called to make a reservation. However, the menu is limited, and not all that excellent in my opinion. Service is very slow, despite there not being many customers. The quality of the ingredients could be improved; the baked potatoes were clearly frozen. I don't know if I'll be back.

The castle is beautiful to see. As for the inn, it's nice. I found the location a bit shabby, but the dishes are good.
We had two first courses: the homemade tagliatelle with sauce were perfect, the brigoli a bit overcooked for my taste. The mixed second course was a bit burnt, and the presentation, while rustic, left a bit to be desired.
Desserts were donut pieces with Vin Santo. The service was a bit slow, but perhaps that was due to the waitress's young age.
I wouldn't say I'd try it.

Simple ambiance and menu, but they spark memories with every bite. The fresh pasta is excellent...and then a stroll with a view of Sorci Castle 😉

We've been coming here for years (about once a year), and over time, we've noticed the food quality getting worse and worse, and the portions getting smaller. The pasta sauce was languid. The mixed grill was undercooked, and the beef tagliata was tasteless (it didn't taste like Chianina at all), full of fat, and tough.
