The staff's attentiveness and knowledge enhanced our experience, making it a memorable evening. Staff even opens the bathroom door when you go in and out! What a VIP treatment you get! During our visit, we were treated to a tour of the underground level, revealing ancient sites and private dining rooms built within historical settings. Thanks to Alexandro, who treated us so well with the top-notch hospitality. Locale Firenze is a must-visit destination for cocktail enthusiasts seeking a blend of history, innovation, and exceptional service in Florence.

I went to this place for a drink, not to eat. The environment is very refined and elegant. The cocktails are well prepared and of quality. A good choice for those looking for a classy place to have a drink. The wait to get in was about 15 minutes.

Locale Firenze is an experience, not just a bar. Housed in a 16th-century palace with a sleek, modern interior, it’s a blend of historical charm and cutting-edge cocktail culture. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the design – vaulted ceilings, elegant lighting, and a glass floor over ancient ruins. The cocktails are on another level. I had the “Elisir di Firenze,” which combined local botanicals with saffron and gin – absolutely stunning. Every drink felt like it had a story. The bartenders were friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate. It’s more expensive than your average bar (around €15–€20 per cocktail), but you’re paying for artistry and atmosphere. We also had a few small bites, which were delicious – especially the truffle arancini. Perfect for a pre-dinner drink or a stylish late night. Make a reservation or come early – it gets busy. If you appreciate mixology and want to treat yourself in Florence, this is the spot. One of the most unique and elegant bar experiences I’ve had in Europe.

As a cocktail bar it's pretty amazing. The atmosphere and decor is lovely but if you're looking for a glass of wine you're in the wrong place. Wine by the glass is overpriced and the bottles of red start at €900 😳

One of those experiences is in Florence. Historic venue inlaid in the ancient Florentine villages, which offers a fabulous choice of various and innovative cocktails combined with a wide menu of spirits. The service is commendable, attentive to the customer's requests and making them feel important, immediately starting the proceedings with a welcome cocktail that introduces the atmosphere of the place. All inlaid with historical notes and a guided tour of their cellar/underground. Probably one of the best if not the best cocktail bar I have ever tried. NOTE: unexpected but appreciated the appetizer from the kitchen, minor side note small difficulty in picking up the giardiniera with a very fragile toothpick but still really excellent

Ci siamo stati su consiglio e invito del nostro amico e DJ del locale Filippo che è il fiore all'occhiello del Locale, tutto davvero molto bello, tante salette sparse tra sopra e sotto dove poter cenare e passare la serata in compagnia con ottima musica e drink particolari oltre ai soliti classici. Personale molto professionale, dalla ragazza che porta l'acqua durante la serata, ai ragazzi che si occupano della preparazione e del servizio dei drink, ma una nota di merito va al ragazzo che si occupa di mantenere i servizi igienici impeccabili BRAVO !!!

Este lugar tiene un gran ambiente y el teatro de los camareros es bueno para ver. Nada demasiado elegante solo poner en sus habilidades al hacer los cócteles. Este lugar es famoso por sus negroni y debo decir que el Isley negroni era excelente. Un poco en el lado caro, pero sin duda vale la pena una visita.
