A large car park and a really nice place... the atmosphere is very welcoming, the owners are very nice and the food is excellent, as can be seen from the menu, delicious and well-prepared dishes with a pinch of novelty, but maintaining high quality. Highly recommended! 🔝😍

Locale accogliente, pulito e poco rumoroso, pochi tavoli e comodi. Nell’apparecchiatura mancava pepe e sale ma credo volutamente poiché tutte le pietanze hanno sapori molto decisi. L’amatriciana reinterpretata con una dose abbondante di cipolla ( mancante nella ricetta originale) che toglieva il gusto a tutti altri ingredienti. Buono il fritto, la presa di maiale con sciroppo d’acero risulta troppo dolce e toglie sapore all’ottima carne. Crumble di mele senza cannella e molto dolce. Personale giovane e gentilissimo. Con un giusto equilibrio degli ingredienti diventerà un posto piacevole non solo nell’aspetto

A big surprise. Excellent environment, service and very particular menu.

Amazing little restaurant outside of Florence. We came on a cold November evening and they managed to seat the 3 of us without a reservation. The food was delicious and the service was fantastic with menu's, helpfully, in English and the staff also speaking English.

A very special place where from start to finish you eat different things than usual, evidently the result of a chef who sticks to the canons of nouvelle cousine A fried dish with air above all (amazing) and fried courgette flowers in a particular way, particular tartares and original desserts.. All good but all new.

Small restaurant where you can breathe the air of times gone by. Service well managed by a single person (courteous and efficient) in a room with around thirty seats and packed with people. A "homemade" menu inspired by Lazio but which does not disappoint even a little (photonic fish soup, very sweet onion flan and deliciously tasty carbonara served at the table directly from the pan). Definitely affordable wine list. Overall, excellent quality/price ratio. Highly recommended, especially for those who want to get away from the chaotic and international tourism of Florence.

Credo sia rimasta una delle poche trattorie che si comporti come tale: locale caldo e accogliente, ingredienti stagionali e cucinati espressi, porzioni dove non serve la lente di ingrandimento. I primi sono ottimi, nota di merito al risotto zucca salsiccia e castagne. Il tempismo dello chef è da menzionare: eravamo una bella tavolata che ha ordinato cose diverse tra primi, antipasti e secondi e tutto è arrivato nello stesso tempo, permettendoci di mangiare insieme. Assolutamente da non sottovalutare! Abbiamo molto apprezzato! Menù con primi prevalentemente laziali, vini a prevalenza piemontese. Ottimo il Nebbiolo Contromano. Anche il servizio l'ho trovato piacevole: ti danno il tempo di mangiare con calma e gustarti il piatto senza metterti ansia con la sparecchiatura rapida non appena appoggi la forchetta (salvo accorgersi che non hai ancora finito!) Anche questo lo abbiamo apprezzato. Unico neo: il piglio della signora. Brontolare i clienti perché non hanno compreso il riiepilogo dei piatti o hanno usato una porta non sapendo che fosse di servizio va un po' rivisto: si può dire tutto, ma con gentilezza, poiché siamo pur sempre clienti!
