Under new management, the location has been renovated and modernized. Three friends cook and serve high-quality dishes. Refined dishes, meticulous attention to detail and technique. Prices are in line with the service. An excellent experience, a must-try place, and one of the best in the Florentine countryside for quality/price.

We went last night with friends, and we had a wonderful meal. The staff was young but very professional. We opted out of both the fish and meat. We'll definitely be back, thank you.

We had a delightful evening! We came to this restaurant on the recommendation of friends. There were three of us with our daughter, and they provided a car seat and space for the stroller. We ordered appetizers of cured meats and cheeses. I highly recommend trying the liver pâté. We ordered a first and second course. For the first course, I recommend the fresh cappelletti with crab. They were delicious!!! The catch of the day was sea bass, which we ate roasted with mashed potatoes! The desserts, pumpkin crème brûlé and the cream puff, were also delicious. Beautiful place and service. We'll be back! 😁

A welcoming and intimate atmosphere, with delicious dishes featuring unique pairings, primarily fish, but with meat options. I really enjoyed the chestnut dessert with cream and black cherry!

The restaurant is very welcoming; everything we ordered exceeded our expectations! It's hard to find a place where you can find peace, quality, and value. All the fish is fresh. The place is suitable for couples, families, and friends. We had the cappelletti stuffed with blue crab, a white butter and vinegar sauce, basil oil, and tomato powder—a truly perfect combination. The glazed sweetbread, polenta, and cavolo nero were cooked medium, and the combination balanced the flavors. And finally, we ordered the roasted fish with mashed potatoes and mushrooms with fried crusco peppers—delicious! The desserts were a must: a sugar brittle bignona filled with custard and seasonal fruit salad, and a pumpkin crème brûlée with seed biscuits. This will definitely be a regular stop! Try it and believe it!

Having discovered them a few days after they opened, we returned for the umpteenth time a few days before they closed. There wasn't a single time things went poorly; the staff were friendly, approachable, and offered a selection of wines that weren't among the top labels but were excellent quality and priced.
