Yes, it's true, after a GF of 110km and 2500m of altitude you are very hungry and very thirsty in these places, when you come across characters like the very kind and talented lady full of patience, memory and excellent organizational ability everything takes on much more fascinating contours because they stamp in the heart 💓 and in the mind a beautiful day, with the right company and with the right hunger and desire to feel good together!!! Working for others in catering plays an important role because it is not easy and when the street offers you encounters of such efficiency and skill the heart smiles and we must give gratitude to those who offer this smile to you in all its simple transparency!! ! Passing through for work, hungry at 10 in the morning. The very kind lady prepared a wonderful lunch for us. Informal venue, home cooking, ideal portions make the Oasi del gusto a very pleasant surprise. We recommend it.

I often come to eat. The dishes are traditional and delicious. Extraordinary ravioli all handmade. Don't miss the lampredotto. I feel like at home. Highly recommended.

Motorbike day with wife. I pass by Borgo San Lorenzo and see that little restaurant. I decide to stop for lunch. Fantastic. Enormous and quality starter of cured meats, homemade pappardelle and tortelli, nice rough pasta that attracts the sauce. Everything excellent. The very kind owner. Definitely worth trying.

We came across it by chance during a motorbike tour, attracted by the wooden structure. What to say? Fantastic tortelli with ragù, fantastic Tuscan crostini, as well as the dessert. But what differentiates this place from others is the type of welcome: you feel at home, or rather it feels like returning to a friends' house. Great casual stop at this roadside chiringuito. Stop by because the cuisine is worth it, we ate some amazing low-fat ravioli in parmesan cream! They had just been handmade on the pastry board. Even stuffed artichokes are poetry!

Nice enough place, but it's still a chalet. Due to the location and type of place (next to a car park) I would aim much more for business lunches. It is therefore mandatory to think of a fixed price menu. Good quality food and very familiar welcome.

Local and homemade food, very good, excellent service and very friendly and kind staff, very rustic and homely environment, I highly recommend this experience at the Oasi del gusto, I stopped for lunch with some friends, I really enjoyed myself well, we will definitely return and I highly recommend stopping by, Excellent.
