The wine is chilled at the table, so you have to expect the staff to refill it regularly. Unfortunately, they stopped caring about us after the first pour. Even after a long time, we didn't have the opportunity to order dessert. The toilet lights go out after a minute and the sensor is around the corner. Except for one older gentleman, the staff seemed unpleasant to us. Opening hours do not correspond.

Warmly welcomed by the waiting staff, we had booked, welcome entree with dry bread and sauces on top. For starters the meitre recommends hot and cold, a dip in the 80s, nothing special €18, Risotto alla pescatora tasteless and watery €18. It doesn't take much to make the diners feel good.

13/07/2025: Beautiful beach, excellent food, welcoming and friendly staff, spotlessly clean environment and facilities. The owner, Pasquale, is very friendly and happy to accommodate every need.
13/07/2025: Today we went to Sellia Marina, a Blue Flag beach resort, for the first time, and they took us to this wonderful place. Beautiful beach. Truly friendly and professional staff. We had lunch in the wonderful restaurant, the food was fantastic. We'll be back tomorrow and we wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone. WELL DONE.

01/07/2025: Everything was perfect, we will definitely be back! Excellent experience at Trattoria Il Maestro in Soverato! Warm welcome and family atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. The service is attentive and friendly, always with a smile. We ate very well, but the dish that won us over was the linguine with mussels and clams: spectacular! Pasta cooked to perfection, very fresh seafood and a truly delicious balance of flavors. The other dishes were also excellent, everything taken care of down to the smallest details and with quality ingredients. You can feel the passion in the kitchen and the desire to make customers feel good. Highly recommended for those looking for authentic cuisine, fresh products and a welcoming atmosphere. Congratulations to all the staff!
