Pulito, personale ben preparato.
Purtroppo non sono rimasto soddisfatto del cibo.
Il primo era molto salato, la carne non aveva un buon sapore.
Non ho detto nulla per non mortificare lo chef.
Bere nella norma, prezzi onesti.

It was amazing… I came to this restaurant for the first time and it was excellent. The dishes were delicious, aesthetically very beautiful and modern. The waiter was very nice and the chef was very good. We will definitely be back

When I'm passing through Sasso Marconi, I always happily stop at the Oasi del Buon Giuliano. I discovered this place about ten years ago and over time I have never forgotten the gramigna cream and sausage, a must. The best wheatgrass I've ever eaten. And even today, while passing through, we stopped to taste some good dishes of Emilian cuisine. Large outdoor car park, a stone's throw from the Sasso Marconi motorway exit, therefore very convenient. Typical trattoria, you feel at home, as if you were at your grandmother's. We order two first courses, an inevitable gramigna and a Bolognese tagliatelle, as a second course a "guido reni" and spinach as a side dish; half of red wine, water and coffee. To start, they offer us appetizers to taste while the first courses come out. Delicious dishes, handmade pasta, true typical Emilian cuisine. Courteous and pleasant staff. Giuliano is an excellent chef, from times gone by. The Oasis has remained in my heart and I always have fond memories of this place. Recommended friends.
