Perfect food and really kind waiter☺️

I would gatekeep this little gem from tourists if I could, but they deserve five stars. This is one of the most authentic places I've eaten at in Italy. The food and the ambiance are unpretentious. My negroni was strong but very good. We ordered the Bucatini All'Amatriciana and the Zozzona pizza, and both were delicious and homey. The bucatini pasta was perfect and the pizza was thin and crispy. The restaurant was cute and had so much character, and the servers seemed to not speak english, but they understood us just fine. There was a cute dog inside too. No music playing, just an older lady who seemed to be the owner, talking nonstop in Italian. I couldn't understand her but I liked it, it gave character to the place 😂. We're going back there for dinner tomorrow. If you're a tourist too, stay away. I don't wanna see you there. 😜

Authentic experience (with the owner talking to someone else loudly in Italian - I love it! 😂) and scrumptious food! We ordered veal with lemon plus pizza (can't remember which one) and they melted our fatigue away. Also loved seeing fellow Filipinos in there ☺️

The restaurant was below our hotel and we finally decided to try it. The food and service were excellent. The Filipino staff was very friendly. The owner with her limited English was still very friendly. The portions are huge and you really tell this is really a small business owner just wanting to serve the community. The limoncello at the end was great. Wish we had more time for a second meal.

We ordered two pizzas looking at the Italian menu and when the pizzas arrived we realized that one of them was with fish :( The fish one did not suit our taste at all. The taste of the other pizza was also a little above average. The Iranian guy working at the restaurant was very friendly and helpful. Although we were not satisfied with the pizzas and the Italian menu, the service was very good. Greetings to the Iranian guy.

Finally a place in Rome that make me feel I'm in Italy again. Good Roman style pizza It has been a journey in rome finding places that don't have wine of the house by 1/2 liter. Bad food and expensive. This place you have what Italy means to me. We saw this place walking around, and decide to have a pizza at night. We ordered the house wine, white and pretty good. And two pizzas, 4 cheese and diavola. The pizzas were very well executed and cheap. Around 10 euro each. That show you can have good food and nice staff. Maria the owner is a character herself, and she has a lovely dog.

Very cozy, a refuge from the hustle and bustle of Rome. Good food and service. Great value for money.

Locale caratteristico a due passi da piazza Navona sfugge al consumo turistico ed offre piatti caratteristici della romanità oltre che pizze. Pochi tavolini all’esterno in un angolo nascosto e poco trafficato. Io e mia figlia ci arriviamo su consiglio di un’amica servizio scarno come il menù ma i piatti arrivano in poco tempo e soprattutto saporiti e dal gusto tradizionale. Interno cordiale, accogliente e caratteristico e non artefatto solo per i turisti mordi ( mangia) e fuggi. Merita una seconda visita e vale la pena di cercarlo.
