I've been to this restaurant three times now, and each time has been better than the last! The service has always been impeccable, the food is delicious, and the atmosphere is welcoming. I've tried several dishes, and they've all been prepared with care and passion. Don't hesitate to visit, it's definitely worth it! I highly recommend it.

We were passing through and were drawn to Uncle Barrett by Google. The restaurant is meticulously maintained, and they have an exceptional selection of meats in an open-view refrigerator. We ordered a mixed tartare and two first courses. The quality of the meat, as mentioned above, is top-notch, and the first courses were also amazing. Highly recommended.

We went to this restaurant because the locals recommended it, and then, after reading the reviews, we decided to give it a try. The handmade arrosticini were really good, the cut was spectacular, and the quality of the meat was truly excellent!

My boyfriend and I have been here for the second time; like the first, this time was excellent. The atmosphere is always relaxed, and the staff is super friendly and helpful. Their strong point is definitely the selection of meats; we had the mixed tartare and the carpaccio; to finish, a Prussian tip. What can I say? Everything was delicious... truly exquisite. If you want good meat, go to Uncle Barrett's.

Excellent lunch, everything perfect, excellent food quality, I recommend the tartar appetizer which features 5 tartars with different seasonings. The first courses are excellent. The wine list is also not bad.

First of all:
the waiters' presence, the cleanliness of the place, the guy at the grill...
all impeccable.
Second:
the wine advice. I have to say that my partner and I are fans of good wine, and the one they offered us, based on our tastes and what we were eating, was 100% spot on.
(I think Mattia or Mateo, sorry if I'm wrong) gave us impeccable service, serving us each dish, even sharing ones—like caccio e peppe—for each of us to divide individually. I really give them a ten.
The arrosticini were perfect in flavor, but we erred on the side of perfection (we ordered it medium rare, and I noticed it was a little drier), but the flavor was spectacular.
Our total mistake was not ordering it medium rare.
As for the picanha carpaccio... MY GOD, I'm not kidding, it was the best I've ever tasted. I travel all over the world, I've worked in Michelin-starred restaurants, I've tried thousands of top-quality restaurants—not just in Ibiza, with prestigious restaurants, and I've accompanied and advised clients all over the world on what to eat and make reservations—THIS IS THE BEST CARPACCIO I've ever tasted.
The variety of cheeses with the wine 🍷 I almost cried with pleasure.
That said,
If I had to put a "but," it's that the wine temperature should have been a little lower (I guess, and I think it was between 15-17°), but they solved it by adding an ice bucket to lower the temperature.
We tried two wines, one more creamy and the other lighter, which I've included in the photos.
Both were excellent tips from the staff.
Aside from everything, we came as a family.
Grandmother, my partner's sister, his partner, and two little girls who endured it with great skill... another plus.
Finally, we played a great game that we finished as a family as quickly as possible.
Even so, they put up with us.
Immaculate bathrooms, with good soaps and hand cream, and a delicious smell.
You are incredible.

I had lunch here with friends. The atmosphere was truly elegant and refined, the meat selection was truly exquisite, and the menu was quite varied and full of delicious options, including local products. The prices are perhaps a little high, but I think they justify the quality of the food. Service was a little slow, but that's understandable considering it was packed on a Sunday lunchtime. I highly recommend it!
