Sono tornato dopo la ristrutturazione e devo dire che il locale è davvero bello, curato nei dettagli, moderno ma accogliente. Il forno a vista per le pizze è una chicca, così come il frigo con la carne in bella mostra e la camera dei vini super fornita. Ma soprattutto: si mangia bene. Carne e pesce di qualità, cotture perfette, sapori semplici ma centrati. Un bel mix tra stile e sostanza. Complimenti al capo!!

Abbiamo scoperto il locale tramite TripAdvisor, e siamo rimasti veramente colpiti dalla competenza e gentilezza di Francesco e di tutto lo staff. Cibo veramente ottimo e abbondante dai primi (Tonnarelli ai Agrumi sono spettacolari) a tutto il pesce fresco e di qualità, Francesco ci ha consigliato un Grego Malvasia di ottima qualità. Sicuramente ritorneremo.

La locanda del Monaco

18/05/2025: pleasantly surprised, given the old negative reviews. With the new management the place seems comfortable with a family atmosphere. the room is well kept, the meat is on display in the fridge in the room. the staff is extremely helpful (they, at my request, "invented" a table to accommodate me) good food for quality and price. discreet and politely engaging piano bar. outdoor tables. I recommend it for those who want to spend a carefree evening. small flaws, which I am sure will disappear with time.
