Food is decent and good for a quick lunch. They charged us 2 euros per person as table service charge, something they don't advertise or tell us prior. Gotta be fair in such things.

Small but perfectly formed. As the name suggests, it's perfect for a quick stop. The pizza was very good, the tiramisu world-class, and everything was reasonably priced. San Gimignano is quite expensive, and if you're looking for good food and drinks at a fair price, this is the place for you. Even though there aren't many seats, there were plenty available both inside and outside. The service was also excellent! 100% recommended. P.S.: The restrooms were also very clean... but you have to eat something, which I think is perfectly acceptable given the size of the place.

Very friendly and attentive staff! The pizza was very delicious, only the size of the pasta was a bit too small. Other than that we had a good experience there and would most likely return :)

Last night we ate at this restaurant without a reservation. I'd say the service was very, very fast and the food was good. We were a group of four, so we ordered three pizzas and a cooked ham calzone. They brought me a small bowl of tomato sauce to add to the calzone. I then had the tiramisu for dessert, and it was delicious.
The staff were friendly, the service was quick and clean. The place wasn't very big, but it was very nice. We really enjoyed our time there. Excellent food and a great place to stop for simple dishes. The price was fair, I'd say.

The place is simple and unpretentious, but the food more than delivers. Nestled within the walls of one of Tuscany's gems, this small restaurant offers typical Tuscan and Italian cuisine, with a two-course menu for 20 euros.
When we visited, the menu included Penne al Tartufo (a balanced and aromatic al dente pasta with truffle cream) and Pappardelle con Cinghiale (wild boar), perfectly seasoned and with just the right amount of sauce.
The Tiramisu deserves a special mention, and rightly so: it was the best we tried on our trip to Tuscany (and there were at least seven!). In fact, some people come back solely for this dessert.
Highly recommended.

Este es un pequeño restaurante excelente, muy cerca de la calle principal. Ofrece un amplio menú sabroso. Nuestro servidor, Sandro, era de primera clase. Su inglés era muy bueno y nos ayudó a elegir nuestra comida, incluyendo los maravillosos postres caseros. Recomiendo Lo Spuntino y Sandro.
